An air jet generator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an impeller which applies centrifugal force to washing water flowing in a forward direction; a decompression portion which decreases a pressure of the washing water that flows; an air suction portion which is opened to allow air to flow into the decompression portion; a pressing portion which increases pressure so as to crush the air introduced from the air suction portion; an air tap which has a plurality of holes so as to crush the air contained in the washing water that passed through the pressing portion; and a reverse spray nozzle which sprays the washing water toward the air tap in a reverse direction.
Injection head for liquefied fire-extinguishing agent
An injection head is configured to discharge a liquefied fire-extinguishing agent. The injection head includes an injection head body configured to be connected to piping for supplying the liquefied fire-extinguishing agent; an orifice plate positioned in the injection head body, the orifice plate including orifices defined therein; a block-shaped porous member positioned at an outlet of the orifice plate; and a deflector positioned across from the block-shaped porous member such that a discharging clearance for the liquefied fire-extinguishing agent is defined.
Noise reducing fire suppression nozzles
A fire suppression nozzle can include a first fluid channel configured to be in fluid communication with a first fluid having a first flow velocity and a second fluid channel configured to be in fluid communication with a second fluid having a second flow velocity. A mixer can be disposed between the first fluid channel and the second fluid channel such that the mixer is configured to induce streamwise vorticity in at least the first fluid exiting first fluid channel to cause mixing of the first fluid and the second fluid to reduce a flow speed of a mixture of the first fluid and the second fluid.
ATOMIZER, INSTALLATION INCLUDING SUCH AN ATOMIZER AND RELATED METHOD
An atomizer having an atomizer head configured to atomize a first fluid. The atomizer includes, in addition, a measurement module including at least one sensor configured to measure the values of at least one parameter of the atomizer, an electronic control module configured to receive the measured values, and a power supply configured to electrically supply the control module with a power supply voltage.
INSTALLATION INCLUDING AN ATOMIZER AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
An installation including an atomizer configured to atomize a fluid, a robot and a first station, the robot being configured to move the atomizer in a predetermined reference frame between at least a first position and a second position, the atomizer being configured to atomize the fluid when the atomizer is in the first position, a distance being defined between the atomizer and the first station, the distance when the atomizer is in the second position being strictly less than the distance when the atomizer is in the first position. The first station includes at least one sensor configured to measure at least one value of a parameter of the atomizer when the atomizer is in the second position.
Air-blade, silencer and separator apparatus and method
Silencing and separation in a cold-air, essential-oil, diffuser apparatus and method pass flow through a channel having comparatively high aspect ratios of length to thickness and width to thickness. Curved, tapered, non-parallel, and quasi random surfaces reduce probability and power of resonant frequencies. Offsetting flow through a channel is followed by impingement against an obstructing surface, redirection elsewhere within a drift (separation) chamber, and exiting through a smaller, and differently oriented exit port. Silencing is improved by changes of cross-sectional area creating high-pass and low pass acoustic filters, changes of direction, and absorption of acoustic energy in fluid-droplet-laden air.
Spraying apparatus
A spraying apparatus includes a spraying apparatus main body, a liquid introduction portion, a gas-liquid spout portion, a gas introduction portion, a liquid inlet, a first gas inlet passage, a second gas inlet passage, and a spout. The first gas inlet passage is provided at at least one place of the annular gas introduction portion so as to communicate with the gas flow passage and the gas-liquid mixer, and allows a gas flow flowing through the gas flow passage to enter the gas-liquid mixer. The second gas inlet passage has a gas inlet having a predetermined area ratio, is provided on a downstream side of the first gas inlet passage of the gas introduction portion, and communicates with the gas flow passage and the gas-liquid mixer.
System control based on acoustic and image signals
An example system includes at least one acoustic sensor and one optical sensor to monitor a thermal spray system controlled by a plurality of control parameters and performing a process associated with a plurality of process outputs. The system includes a computing device including a machine learning module and a control module. The machine learning module is configured to determine, based on at least the plurality of control parameters, an at least one time-dependent acoustic data signal, an at least one image data signal, and the plurality of process outputs, a relationship between the plurality of control parameters and the plurality of process outputs by machine learning. The control module is configured to control the thermal spray system to adjust the plurality of process outputs toward a plurality of respective operating ranges.
INJECTION HEAD FOR LIQUID FIRE EXTINGUISHING AGENT
An injection head for liquid fire extinguishing agent that has an injection head including an injection head body connecting with a pipe providing the liquid fire extinguishing agent, an orifice plate arranged in the injection head body and formed with an orifice through which flowing the liquid fire extinguishing agent and, a porous member having a block shape arranged in an exiting part of the orifice and, a baffle plate arranged contacting with an end surface of the porous member opposite side of the exiting part of the orifice; and the baffle plate covers at least a projected area of a circumscribed circle of the orifice of the end surface of the porous member and, the liquid fire extinguishing agent is released via a gap formed between the injection head body and the baffle plate.
Dishwasher
The dishwasher of the present invention includes: a tub in which a dish washing space is formed; a sump which contains washing water supplied into the tub; a spray module which sprays washing water toward dishes; a pump which supplies the washing water stored in the sump to the spray module; an air jet generator which receives a part of the washing water discharged from the pump to form an air bubble in the washing water; and a discharge module which discharges the washing water containing the air bubble discharged from the air jet generator to a side surface of the tub.
