Methods and apparatus are disclosed for a coupling nozzle for cryogenic fluid. An example nozzle comprises a flow body defining a conduit, an inlet, and an outlet. A pneumatic cylinder is configured to slide between an extended position and a contracted position. The pneumatic cylinder is coupled to and configured to actuate the flow body. A locking mechanism is configured to secure the coupling nozzle to a receptacle. A flow control assembly comprises a valve seat fixed to the flow body adjacent the inlet and a plug configured to slide. When the locking mechanism is locked and the pneumatic cylinder actuates to the extended position, the valve seat is to disengage from the plug to open the flow control assembly. When the locking mechanism is locked and the pneumatic cylinder actuates to the contracted position, the valve seat is to engage the plug to close the flow control assembly.

The invention relates to a component of a gaseous fire suppression system. A concealed extendable nozzle for gaseous fire suppression systems is mounted on a distribution pipe of a gaseous fire suppression system. The nozzle consists of a body with discharge openings and a cap. A rod of a nipple is mounted inside the body of the nozzle. The nipple rod has a variable outside diameter: at one end, the rod narrows and ends in a connecting thread, whereas at the other end, the rod widens. Meanwhile, the body has an opening of variable diameter, which permits movement of the nipple rod inside the body; the body of the nozzle has a widening on the outside. A cap is fastened to the body of the nozzle, and this connection is tightly sealed by a washer. The technical result is the even dispersal of a gaseous fire extinguishant inside a room.

The coupled air amplifier array system can be implemented within atmospheric effects systems to provide atmospheric effects, such as wind, scent, and/or temperature to provide some examples, relating to an event. These atmospheric effects systems can present these atmospheric effects to the audience to enhance the immersion of the audience as they are viewing the event. These atmospheric effects systems can include multiple portable mobile effects pods that are situated within different locations within the venue to present these atmospheric effects to different locations with the venue.

A diaphragm valve for communicating or cutting off communication of the supply channels and the discharge channel seats on or separates from a valve seat provided in the valve chamber. Pilot channels through which a compressed fluid supplied to the pilot chamber passes are formed in the diaphragm valve. The compressed-fluid discharge control device has a pilot chamber opening/closing valve for opening or closing the pilot chamber. The pilot chamber opening/closing valve includes a solenoid valve which is opened in response to energization thereof and closed in response to de-energization thereof.

A stationary frame assembly provides rigidity and contact points for a telescopically movable tube assembly that extends from the trigger module. A shut-off valve and nozzle are positioned at the distal end of the wand assembly and movement of the shut-off valve is controlled by the trigger and translated by way of the tube assembly.
