Air Nozzle and Method For Manufacturing the Same

An air nozzle includes a main body having a compressed air passageway to allow a compressed air to flow therethrough and a compensation air passageway in communication with the compressed air passageway. An external air is sucked into the compressed air passageway through the compensation air passageway and ejected together with the compressed air when the compressed air flows through the compressed air passageway.

STREAM-WISE VORTEX FIRE EXTINGUISHER

Devices, systems, and methods for extinguishing fires are provided. A device for extinguishing fires may include a nozzle defining a flow channel. The device may include a convector fluidly coupled with the flow channel and configured to introduce a flow through the flow channel. The device may also include a vortex generator disposed within the nozzle, the vortex generator positioned to interact with the flow and to form a stream-wise vortex external to the nozzle.

A high-pressure fluid discharge device has an input port through which a high-pressure fluid is fed, a tank chamber which stores the high-pressure fluid, and a discharge port through which the high-pressure fluid is discharged. A diaphragm valve divides a pilot chamber and a valve chamber communicating with the tank chamber; the pilot chamber communicates with the valve chamber through a pilot passage; the valve chamber communicates with the discharge port through a discharge passage while the diaphragm valve is open; an opening-closing control valve is provided in open flow paths for opening the pilot chamber to the discharge passage; and the opening-closing control valve is opened and closed by the pressure of the fluid fed from the tank chamber.

GAS SHOWERHEAD WITH CONTROLLABLE AIRFLOW DISTRIBUTION
20220205101 · 2022-06-30 ·

Provided is a gas showerhead with controllable airflow distribution, disposed in a cavity of a thin film deposition device and including: a first-layer panel, having a plurality of first gas supply holes distributed according to a first rule; and a second-layer panel, seated on the first-layer panel and having a plurality of second gas supply holes distributed according to a second rule. The first rule is different from the second rule, and one of the first-layer panel and the second-layer panel is capable of rotating at least by a specific angle relative to the other, so that the two panels have a first position and a second position that are different relative to each other. At the first position, none of the first gas supply holes is covered by the second-layer panel; and at the second position, a portion of the first gas supply holes are aligned with the corresponding second gas supply holes, and the other portion of the first gas supply holes are covered by the second-layer panel. The gas showerhead can adjust the airflow distribution and the airflow rate, which helps to meet the spraying requirements of different thin film deposition processes, and improves the uniformity of a deposited thin film.

DEFLECTOR ASSEMBLY FOR OUTDOOR POWER EQUIPMENT

Outdoor power equipment includes a chassis, a blower housing, a discharge housing, and a deflector assembly. The blower housing is supported by the chassis. The discharge housing is coupled to the blower housing and is defined by a first discharge chute and a second discharge chute that extend in opposite directions. An impeller is received within the blower housing and is configured to rotate within the blower housing to direct air from the blower housing toward the discharge housing. The deflector assembly is supported by the chassis and includes an actuator and a deflector. The deflector is movable within the discharge housing in response to movement by the actuator to selectively direct flow from the blower housing through the first and second discharge chutes.

Pressure regulator for inflation systems

A pressure regulator comprises a primary fluid inlet for connection to a source of high pressure fluid, a fluid outlet for connection to a space to receive the high pressure fluid, a convergent-divergent nozzle having an upstream convergent section, a throat and a downstream divergent section, the primary fluid inlet being in fluid communication with the convergent section of the nozzle; and an outlet pipe having an upstream end arranged around but radially spaced from the outlet of the divergent section of the nozzle, the outlet pipe arranged to receive fluid flow from the outlet of the divergent section of the nozzle and conduct the fluid flowing from the nozzle to the fluid outlet.

ATMOSPHERIC EFFECTS SYSTEMS FOR PRESENTING ATMOSPHERIC EFFECTS RELATING TO AN EVENT

An air amplifier utilizes a high-pressure input stream of air to accelerate a low-velocity input stream of air to provide a high-velocity, high-volume output stream of air. A coupled air amplifier array includes multiple air amplifiers which couple their respective output streams of air to one another to form a single collective output stream of air. Multiple coupled air amplifier arrays can be utilized to form coupled air amplifier array systems to provide multiple collective output streams of air which can be focused toward to an audience within a venue. The coupled air amplifier array system can be implemented within atmospheric effects systems to provide atmospheric effects, such as wind, scent, and/or temperature to provide some examples, relating to an event. These atmospheric effects systems can present these atmospheric effects to the audience to enhance the immersion of the audience as they are viewing the event. These atmospheric effects systems can include multiple portable mobile effects pods that are situated within different locations within the venue to present these atmospheric effects to different locations with the venue.
