Substrate treatment method and substrate treatment apparatus
A substrate treatment method is performed by a substrate treatment apparatus including a substrate holding unit which holds a substrate, and a hot plate which heats the substrate from below. The method includes: a treatment liquid supplying step of locating the hot plate at a retracted position at which the hot plate is retracted below the substrate holding unit and, in this state, supplying a treatment liquid to an upper surface of the substrate held by the substrate holding unit; a protection liquid film forming step of forming a liquid film of a protection liquid to cover an upper surface of the hot plate in the treatment liquid supplying step; and a substrate heating step of heating the substrate by the hot plate with the hot plate being located adjacent to a lower surface of the substrate or in contact with the lower surface of the substrate.
COATING SYSTEM FOR COATING OBJECTS
A coating system for coating objects having an application device and a supply system which supplies the application device with a liquid material. The supply system includes at least one base supply device with a piggable supply line which extends between a first pigging station and a second pigging station and can be connected to one of multiple material sources by a supply unit. The piggable supply line is a piggable primary supply line which can be connected to a discharge line of the supply unit by a valve unit. A piggable secondary supply line is provided which is connected to the valve unit and is connected to a secondary pigging station at the end remote from the valve unit. The valve unit is designed as a multi-way valve such that the discharge line of the supply unit can be at least selectively connected to the primary supply line (68.1); or the discharge line of the supply unit can be at least selectively connected to the primary supply line and the secondary supply line; or the primary supply line can be at least selectively connected to the secondary supply line.

A water heater insert device positioned within an electrical showerhead or as a standalone liquids heating device. The water heater insert optimizes heat transfer by channeling water through a channel of a spiral or zigzag form where a deployed heating element supplies thermal energy. The channel maximizes water contact while minimizing the space. A temperature limiter adds protection against scalding.

The actuator unit (10) comprises an actuator (12) having a membrane (13) which can be pressurized by means of a pressure medium in order to move the discharge element (80) in a discharge direction (RA). The discharge element (80) is formed separately and, for coupling to the actuator unit (10), is pressed by means of a force acting on the discharge element (80) against a side surface (19) of the membrane (13) pointing in the direction of the discharge element (80). Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for controlling a dosing system (1).

The plastic part is typically an exterior automotive component having a painted show surface. Examples of plastic parts include but are not limited to lift gates, running boards, door trim pieces, spoilers, tail gates, front fascias and rear fascias. The method can also be used in connection with metal parts or any other application where a surface of the part will be painted and other surfaces on the part need to be protected from direct paint spray or paint overspray.
