SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING A BRAKE IN AN AUXILIARY HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
An attachment for a tractor is disclosed, the attachment includes a rotary reducing component that includes a plurality of cutters and a hydraulic system having an activated state and a deactivated state. The hydraulic system includes an inlet for receiving hydraulic fluid and an outlet for discharging hydraulic fluid. The hydraulic system also includes a hydraulic motor positioned between the inlet and the outlet. The hydraulic motor is mechanically coupled to the rotary reducing component. The hydraulic system includes a first sensor positioned at the inlet of the hydraulic system for sensing parameters representative of the activated or deactivated states of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic system also includes a selectively operable hydraulic brake positioned at the outlet of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic brake is configured to control the rotation of the rotary reducing component when triggered. The attachment also includes a controller in communication with the first sensor and the hydraulic brake. The controller triggers the hydraulic brake when the controller determines the first sensor senses a parameter representative of the hydraulic system being in the deactivated state, and the controller disables the hydraulic brake when controller determines the first sensor senses a parameter representative of the hydraulic system being in the activated state.
ELECTROMAGNETIC CLUTCH OR BRAKE
An improved electromagnetic clutch for use in a riding lawnmower or similar vehicle is provided. The clutch comprises a coil assembly, a rotor assembly and a pulley assembly. The coil assembly comprises a shell, an encapsulated coil and a coil ring, the coil ring is pressed in the encapsulated coil, the encapsulated coil is inside of the shell, the extended piece of the shell has magnets and brake pieces. The rotor assembly comprises a rotor and a shaft, the shaft pressed in the rotor and is on the coil ring. The pulley assembly comprises a pulley, an armature and leaf springs, one side of the leaf spring is pressed on armature and the another side is pressed on pulley, the pulley is on the shaft, the location of the armature is between brake pieces and rotor. The encapsulated coil has thermal fuse inside and the thermal fuse electrical connected with coil wires, the electricity will be cut off when the temperature of encapsulated coil higher than the melting point of the thermal fuse caused by fitting incorrect or slipping happened during clutch working to protect lawnmower parts or avoid fire accident.

A self-driving work vehicle including a traveling apparatus, a vehicle body supported by the traveling apparatus on ground, a variable traveling power supply apparatus configured to supply rotational drive power to the traveling apparatus, a travel operation interface configured to adjust a rate of the rotational drive power, a parking brake provided for a transmission shaft of the variable traveling power supply apparatus, a rotation detector configured to detect rotation of the traveling apparatus or the transmission shaft, and a controller. The controller is configured or programmed to control the parking brake to a braking state or a non-braking state by a parking brake control module, and manage the braking state or the non-braking state as a vehicle body state by a condition management module. The braking state and the non-braking state are operating states of the parking brake.
MOWER HAVING A PARKING BRAKE
A mower having a chassis, wheels for moving the mower in a mowing plane, and a cutting deck. The mower includes a parking brake having at least one brake member secured to the cutting deck. The cutting deck is mounted on the chassis so as to be able to move between at least one mowing position and a position in which the mower is stopped, in which the brake member comes into contact with at least one wheel of the mower so as to immobilize the wheel. The invention is intended in particular for use with mowers of the walk-behind or ride-on type, and with robotic mowers.
MOWER HAVING A PARKING BRAKE
A mower having a chassis, wheels for moving the mower in a mowing plane, and a cutting deck. The mower includes a parking brake having at least one brake member secured to the cutting deck. The cutting deck is mounted on the chassis so as to be able to move between at least one mowing position and a position in which the mower is stopped, in which the brake member comes into contact with at least one wheel of the mower so as to immobilize the wheel. The invention is intended in particular for use with mowers of the walk-behind or ride-on type, and with robotic mowers.
Forage Harvesters
A drive system for a forage harvester is disclosed. In a forage harvester having a prime mover (10), a chopper drum (4) driven from the prime mover (10) via a drive train, and feed rolls (34,36), the drive system comprises a clutch (24) operable between an engaged condition connecting the chopper drum (4) to the prime mover (10) and a disengaged position in which the chopper drum (4) is disconnected from the prime mover, a first hydraulic variable displacement pump (16) connected with the chopper drum (4) which pumps fluid around a first hydraulic circuit connected to a first motor (46), a second hydraulic variable displacement pump (14) which pumps fluid around a second hydraulic circuit to a feed roll motor (38) connected with the feed rolls (34,36) of the forage harvester. The drive system further comprises a single charge pump (30) hydraulically connected to both the first hydraulic variable displacement pump (16) and the second hydraulic variable displacement pump (14).
Work vehicle
In a work vehicle, a through-hole in a stay includes first and second regions. When a grip is pulled in an unlocked state in which a collar is located inside the first region and a grip assembly is not locked inside the through-hole, a state is transitioned into a locked state in which a compression spring is compressed by a pin and a plain washer, a brake lever rotates, a claw moves toward a notch, and a rod is located inside the second region and the grip assembly is locked inside the through-hole. When a brake pedal is stepped on in this locked state, the claw and the notch engage with each other, and the brake pedal is locked.
Gardening tool, particularly a mower
A gardening tool, such as a mower, has a main body having an accessory, such as a mowing blade, and a motor for driving the accessory. A handle is rotatably connected to the main body. At least one operation assembly is associated with the handle for being operated by a user to control the motor when the handle is located in a predetermined position. A control system prevents the motor from being controlled by the operation assembly and halts the motor when the handle is located out of the predetermined position.
Gardening tool, particularly a mower
