Stage structure for semiconductor fabrication process, system of picking up semiconductor chip, and method of controlling tilting angle of pickup head
A stage structure for a semiconductor fabrication process is disclosed. The stage structure may include a stage and a pickup head tilting control device. The pickup head tilting control device may include a correction plate, a tilting driving device which is coupled to the correction plate and is configured to adjust an inclination angle of the correction plate, and a control circuitry configured to control the tilting driving device. The correction plate may include a correction surface which is selectively in contact with a suction surface of a pickup head.
RADIALLY CROSS-ALIGNED NANOFIBER MEMBRANE
A method for controlling fiber cross-alignment in a nanofiber membrane, comprising: providing a multiple segment collector in an electrospinning device including a first and second segment electrically isolated from an intermediate segment positioned between the first and second segment, collectively presenting a cylindrical structure, rotating the cylindrical structure around a longitudinal axis proximate to an electrically charged fiber emitter; electrically grounding or charging edge conductors circumferentially resident on the first and second segment, maintaining intermediate collector electrically neutral; dispensing electrospun fiber toward the collector, the fiber attaching to edge conductors and spanning the separation space between edge conductors; attracting electrospun fiber attached to the edge conductors to the surface of the cylindrical structure, forming a first fiber layer; increasing or decreasing rotation speed of the cylindrical structure to alter the angular cross-alignment relationship between aligned nanofibers in adjacent layers, the rotation speed being altered to achieve a target relational angle.
DRY POWDER COATING APPARATUS
A dry powder coating apparatus for coating pharmaceutical solid dosage forms includes a housing; a drum coater; a powder coating system; a liquid spray system; a ventilation system; a heating system; a touch screen control panel; and an operation box. The drum coater may have a truncated cone on both sides, in which one side is opened and another side is closed. The drum coater is horizontally placed inside the operation box along its axis and fixed on a rotatable shaft and a motor drives the rotatable shaft and rotates the drum coater about its own axis.
ELECTROSTATIC SPRAY DRYER APPARATUS AND METHOD
An electrostatic spray drying system comprising an electrostatic spray nozzle for directing electrically charged liquid into a drying chamber, a drying gas inlet from which drying gas is simultaneously directed, and a conical powder direction plenum for receiving drying gas and entrained dried powder for direction to a filter containing powder separation plenum via a connecting conduit. The powder direction plenum and connecting conduit each have a surrounding water jacket heat exchanger through which cooling water is directed for cooling the drying gas and powder below damaging temperatures prior to entry into the powder separation plenum. The powder separation plenum has a return line for redirecting separated drying gas to the drying chamber through a condenser, blower, and heater for reuse in the system, with condensed water being selectively redirected to the inlet of the powder direction plenum heat exchanger and/or to the cooling water supply.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING COATING OPERATIONS
A coating system operations vehicle. Related methods are provided for filling a tank and operating coating equipment on a vehicle. The methods include pumping coating from containers into a tank on the vehicle and dispensing the coating for application on a surface. A method also includes removing residual coating from the containers after pumping out coating and adding the residual coating material to the tank. If the level of coating is at the desired level in the tank, a layer of water may be formed over the coating in the tank.
Method and apparatus for forming electrode catalyst layer by electrospray method
A method for forming an electrode catalyst layer by putting catalyst ink within an insulative container having a conductive nozzle in communication with the interior of the container and applying an electrospray voltage to the nozzle to cause electrospray of the catalyst ink through the tip end of the nozzle and thereby to form an electrode catalyst layer, the method includes preparing catalyst ink containing a mixture of at least electrode catalyst, polymer electrolyte binder and volatile organic compound and/or water, putting the catalyst ink within the container with a space remaining inside thereof and air-tightly sealing the container, and electrospraying with the space inside of the air-tightly sealed container being conditioned to have a negative pressure of a level at which the catalyst ink cannot drip off from the nozzle.
