The invention provides a device (100) for applying a liquid film to surfaces in an area. The device (100) comprises a head (110) for discharging a flow of liquid droplets (200) in a discharge direction (D). The device (100) is arranged for rotating the head (110) according to two rotational degrees of freedom to move the discharge direction (D) through the area. The device (100) comprises a distance sensor (120) for measuring a distance (d) between the head (110) and surfaces in the area along the discharge direction (D). The device (100) is configured according to at least one of a first and second configuration. In the first configuration a rotational speed of the head (110) is adjustable as a function of the distance (d) measured by the distance sensor (120). In the second configuration a flow rate of the flow of liquid droplets from the head (110) is adjustable as a function of the distance (d) measured by the distance sensor (120).

MIST BLOWER

A mist blower in one aspect of the present disclosure includes an air blower, an air feed pipe, a tank, a liquid feed pipe, a nozzle, a first electromagnetic valve, a controller, and a first manual switch. The first electromagnetic valve (i) opens the liquid feed pipe in response to the first electromagnetic valve being activated and (ii) closes the liquid feed pipe in response to the first electromagnetic valve being deactivated. The controller activates or deactivates the air blower and the first electromagnetic valve. The first manual switch (i) is manually moved by a user of the mist blower and (ii) commands the controller to activate or deactivate the air blower based on a movement of the first manual switch.

SPRAY HEAD STRUCTURE

Provided is a spray head structure (1), comprising an airflow pipe (10), a rotary member (30), a load member (70), a tan component (100), a spoiler pipe (41) and a liquid flow pipe (50), wherein the rotary member (30) is rotatable sleeved on the airflow pipe (10), the load member (70) is mounted at the rotary member (30) to increase the load so as to improve the torsion of the rotary member, the fan component (100) is mounted at the rotary member (30). the spoiler pipe (41) is fixedly arranged on the rotary member (30) and is provided with a spoiler channel (41) in communication with the airflow pipe (10), and the spoiler channel (41) is provided with an outlet end (411), and an injection path forming an acute angle 0 with the axis of the airflow pipe (10), Gas at a high flow rate enables the spoiler pipe to drive the rotary member to rotate relative to the airflow pipe, such that the fan component is driven to rotate to form an airflow, so that the air flow can flow from the fan component to the outlet end to improve the atomization effect thereof, or can flow from the outlet end to the fan component to perform the suction of impurities.

VEHICULAR WASHING METHOD
20220324419 · 2022-10-13 ·

A venturi-style vehicle washing system and method of washing a vehicle. The washing system and method produces large droplets of a liquid-gas mixture for washing a vehicle by mixing an energetic flow of gas carried at a first velocity through a gas conduit, with a liquid carried at a second velocity through a liquid conduit. A mixture conduit may carry the liquid-gas mixture to a vena contracta structure where: a jet forms, pressure drops, and velocity increases. The gas leaving the structure may expand to fill an outlet duct, creating turbulent vortexes in the liquid-gas mixture that transforms flowage kinetic energy to heat energy, which decreases pressure through the outlet duct. This results in increasing velocity of the liquid-gas mixture discharged onto the vehicle. The outlet duct operationally attaches to a spray arch that is sized to enable passage of a vehicle for washing with the liquid-gas mixture.
