PNEUMATIC ATOMIZING NOZZLE
20170304850 · 2017-10-26 ·

A pneumatic atomizing nozzle (10) which in a preferred form can be supplied with gas by means of a fan (43). The pneumatic atomizing nozzle (10) has a nozzle body (11), which bounds a flow space (21). The pneumatic atomizing nozzle (10) also has a liquid channel (27) having an outlet opening (38). Within the flow space (21), a liquid film (41) is formed, which is transported within the flow space (21) to a nozzle outlet (17) by the gas flow. The outlet opening (38) of the liquid channel (27) defines an outlet direction (A) for the liquid into the flow space (21), which in the preferred embodiment is opposite the flow direction (S) of the liquid film (41). At least in some sections, the liquid channel (27) and the outlet opening (38) extend transversely through the nozzle body (11) in a curved, wound, or meandering manner.

PAINT SPRAYING APPARATUS

The present invention relates to a paint spraying apparatus including a housing, a spray head, and a paint container, with a handle, a first receptacle space for a blower, and a second receptacle space for an air filter are formed by the housing. The housing includes a central housing part having a first housing portion and a second housing portion and a rear housing part. The first housing portion is configured so as to be shell-shaped and open toward the rear housing part, with the second housing portion projecting radially from the first housing portion, such that the first housing portion of the central housing part forms a first part of the first receptacle space, and a shell-shaped first housing portion, open toward the central housing part, of the rear housing part forms a second part of the first receptacle space.

A scent adjustment system includes a scent emitter arranged to supply a scent material to a target space, a storage, and a controller. The storage stores sensory information in which an intensity of a smell of the scent material perceived by a person and a concentration of the scent material are associated with each other. The controller adjusts the concentration of the scent material supplied from the scent emitter based on the sensory information stored in the storage.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DIFFUSING A DRY MIST

An anti-condensation housing includes a connector to connect to a diffusing head configured to nebulize a product to diffuse. The housing includes a conduit having an inlet for a nebulized product, an outlet opening at a diffusing end, of the conduit, a fan at an insufflating end of the conduit. The fan generates a flow of air between the insufflating end and the diffusing end of the conduit. An internal surface of the conduit extending along a direction perpendicular to the direction of the air flow creates an obstacle for the progress of the air flow in the conduit. A retainer to retain the nebulized product stopped by the internal surface. A device to diffuse a product implementing the anti-condensation housing and a method for diffusing a product using such a device are provided.

ON-DEMAND HIGH VOLUME, LOW PRESSURE SPRAY SYSTEM
20170239675 · 2017-08-24 ·

Various embodiments concern a sprayer having a blower that outputs a HVLP flow of air into a hose, the hose connecting with a spray gun. A pressure sensor measures pressure of the HVLP air within the hose via a tube that branches from a fitting to which the hose connects. If the sensor indicates that the pressure level has increased above a threshold amount, indicating that the trigger of the spray gun is not being actuated, then power output to the blower is reduced (e.g., stopped). HVLP air is trapped within the hose by two valves when the trigger is not actuated. When the sensor indicates that the pressure level has decreased, corresponding to release of the trapped HVLP air into the gun for spraying by actuation of the trigger, power to the blower is increased (e.g., resumed).

BUILDING FEATURE APPLIED IN AIR-CONDITIONING APPLIANCE, capable of enriching the air with atomized water droplets in two stages, where in a first moment the water sent directly from the water supply network is pre-atomized in an appliance (8); being then delivered to the main atomizer (9), which produces the final atomization, creating an ultrafine mist that facilitates the thermal exchange between the mist and the air. The air-conditioning appliance must be associated to a fan so as to spread this mist to the room.

DUAL CHAMBER ULTRASONIC DIFFUSER AND METHOD OF USE

A dual chamber ultrasonic essential oil diffuser or nebulizer or more specifically to a diffuser having a reservoir or first chamber specifically for distilled water, a second air transfer chamber having a replaceable aroma cartridge and the diffuser being capable of mixing the nebulized water mist and essential oil aroma away from the transducer.

SCENT DISPERSAL SYSTEMS FOR HEAD-MOUNTED DISPLAYS
20170274279 · 2017-09-28 ·

Introduced herein are various systems and techniques for dispensing scents from a scent delivery system. The scent delivery system could be a self-contained unit that is attachable to a head-mounted display (HMD) or could be integrated into the HMD itself. The scent delivery system can be used to improve the realism of content (e.g., visual content, audio content) experienced via the HMD. More specifically, the scent delivery system can be configured to dispense one or more scents in response to determining a particular scene is being experienced by the user. Different scents can be dispensed based on characteristics of the content. In some embodiments, the scent(s) are held in capsules that are housed within the scent delivery system. The capsules may be readily replaceable by the user, which enables the scent(s) to be customized based on what content is to be shown or projected in the future.

Spray manifold with individual liquid feed spray guns

A modular spray gun manifold having a plurality of spray gun modules arranged in a lateral array each separated by an adjacent support assembly. Each spray gun module has a central liquid passage communicating with a spray nozzle and a transversely oriented liquid inlet port communicating through an outer side of the spray gun module for connection with an independently controllable liquid supply. The spray gun modules further include a recirculation port communicating between the central passageway and a recirculation conduit in an adjacent support assembly. A control valve of each module is operable when in open spraying position for blocking communication of liquid from the central passageway to the circulation port and when in a valve closing position blocking the liquid flow to the spray nozzle while redirecting liquid from the liquid inlet to the recirculation port for recirculation through the manifold array.
