FLUID DISPENSING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A system and method for dispensing a treatment fluid is provided. The system includes a surface maintenance machine, a fluid reservoir, an air blower, and one or more fluid dispensing systems. The one or more fluid dispensing systems each include one or more nozzles in fluid communication with the air blower. The air blower generates an air pressure and dispenses air through the one or more nozzles while the treatment fluid is dispensed through the one or nozzles. The dispensing of air and treatment fluid dispenses the treatment fluid in a mist, fog, or spray to a surface. A method for dispensing a treatment fluid is also provided. The method includes generating an electrically charged treatment fluid and dispensing the electrically charged treatment fluid from the one or more nozzles to a surface.
Method and system of applying a viscous fluid material to a roofing surface
This invention relates to a method and system of applying a fluid material to a roofing surface. By modifying a peristaltic pump-driven sprayer device, a fluid material having a viscosity of 10,000 to 40,000 centipoise at 25° C. can be effectively sprayed onto a roofing surface. Additionally, the use of a modified peristaltic pump-driven sprayer device allows for the fluid material to be applied onto the roofing surface at a faster rate than other spraying methods.
AUTOMATED LAWN APPLICATION CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHODS THEREFOR
A system and method for automated lawn chemical treatment application are described. The system comprises a station having a series of concentrated chemicals capable of being mixed and diluted in a reservoir having a water supply to form a specialty formula and a craft which receives the specialty formula for dispersal. Various features of the craft enable a systematic treatment of various plants and/or areas of a law to reduce or eliminate the growth of unwanted plants while promoting the growth of desired plants. These may include the addition of imaging sensors and artificial intelligence to recognize unwanted plants versus desirable plants and develop means to inhibit or grow each over a specified period. A homeowner's ability to consistently treat plants with low-volumes of chemical treatments is enhanced, thus limiting environmental effects and reducing chemical waste.
APPARATUS FOR DISINFECTING AT LEAST ONE ROOM, IN PARTICULAR A DWELLING ROOM FOR PERSONS, WITH AN ATOMISER
The invention relates to an apparatus (100) for disinfecting at least one room, in particular for one or more persons, preferably a dwelling room, storage room, cooling room or treatment room, for example a treatment room of a building, in particular a sickroom, a patient room and/or an operating room, with a rotatable bell cup (1) for atomising a disinfectant, a hollow drive shaft (10) for driving the bell cup (1), and a housing (11) in which a drive unit (2) for driving the drive shaft (10) is accommodated and preferably the drive shaft (10) is accommodated. The apparatus (100) is particularly characterised in that the housing (11) has a plurality of cooling ribs (12), and/or the drive shaft (10) is provided with a labyrinth seal (13), preferably in order to prevent unwanted penetration of liquid into the housing (11).
Pressure washer with container holder
A mobile pressure washer can include a wheeled chassis, a power plant supported by the wheeled chassis, a fluid pump a fluid pump coupled to and driven by the power plant, a sprayer in fluid communication with the pump, a chemical solution container, and a container holder for supporting the chemical solution container. In some examples, the container holder has a frame operably connected to the wheeled chassis and has a container support mounted to the frame, the container support including a base wall and a sidewall defining a receptacle for receiving and supporting a container in fluid communication with the pump.
AUTOMATED DRYWALL PLANNING SYSTEM AND METHOD
An automated drywalling system network that including one or more automated drywalling systems that each has a robotic arm. The automated drywalling system network can also include a computational planner that generates instructions for the one or more automated drywalling systems to perform two or more drywalling tasks associated with a target wall assembly. The two or more drywalling tasks can include a hanging task that includes hanging pieces of drywall on studs of the target wall assembly; a mudding task that includes applying joint compound to pieces of drywall hung on studs of the target wall assembly; a sanding task that includes sanding joint compound applied to the pieces of drywall hung on studs of the target wall assembly; and a painting task that includes painting sanded the joint compound applied to the pieces of drywall hung on studs of the target wall assembly.
Automatically adjustable tool for holding a spray painting instrument for painting an infernal surface of a pipe
Disclosed herein is a tool for holding a spray painting instrument, such as a painting gun for painting an internal surface of a pipe. In particular, the inventive tool is ideal for painting the interior of curves and angles in a pipe and is capable of moving through and uniformly painting up to 90 degree angles of pipes or hollow tubes. The tool has a hollow central tube for carrying a spray-painting gun and at least two projections extending outwardly from an outer surface of the hollow tube. A retracting arm assembly is provided on each projection. Each retracting arm assembly includes first and second retracting arms and a corresponding force exertion mechanism. In operation, when the tool is inserted inside the pipe, each retracting arm touches the internal surface of the pipe due to an outward force exerted thereon. The tool is movable inside the pipe and adjusts automatically to different pipe diameters. The tool can be used manually or in an automated fashion to push and pull the paint gun and paint the interior of a pipe.
Automated drywall planning system and method
An automated drywalling system network that including one or more automated drywalling systems that each has a robotic arm.
Fluid dispensing systems
A variety of dispensing manifolds which are removable connectable to a single deformable container having a single exit portion are disclosed. The dispensing manifolds of the present disclosure provide a single deformable container having a single exit with one or more outlets from which a fluid can be controllably dispensed. The present disclosure also provides a single force generation mechanism, a deformable container holding a fluid or substance, and dispensing mechanisms all on one machine, i.e., a carrier; a system that may also include a pressurized air source that assists a flow of a fluid; and a system that allows for a continuous flow a substance. The systems of the present disclosure provide a deformable container and a method of dispensing wherein, during dispensing, an actuation member is continuously free of contact with the fluid or substance within the container and the actuation member only contacts the exterior surface of the deformable container.
