A compressor may be in fluid communication with an air intake of the first nozzle and with an air intake of the second nozzle to supply compressed air to the air intake of the first nozzle and to the air intake of the second nozzle. In various aspects, the combination of compressed air and liquid under pressure deliver spray from the first nozzle and deliver spray from the second nozzle at about the same flow rate of liquid with droplets of similar size.

Handheld texture spray gun with hopper

A sprayer includes a spray gun and a hopper. An air source provides compressed air to the sprayer to both eject fluid from the spray gun as a spray and to pressurize the hopper. The spray gun includes an airflow controller for controlling the flow of the compressed air to a nozzle of the spray gun, a pressure regulator for regulating a pressure of the compressed air flowing to the hopper, and a relief valve between the pressure regulator and the hopper. The hopper receives the compressed air through a port in the hopper, and the compressed air assists the flow of material out of the hopper and into the spray gun.

An apparatus for applying an ultraviolet coating includes: a substantially vertically oriented frame; a first roll rotatably attached to the first side of the frame; a second roll rotatably attached to its second side; multiple nozzles disposed on the first side, above the first roll; a motor coupled to the second roll; an ultraviolet coating fluid reservoir disposed above, and coupled to, the nozzles, thereby providing the nozzles with the ultraviolet coating fluid; and an air compressor coupled to the nozzles, thereby providing the nozzles with compressed air. The ultraviolet coating fluid is provided to the nozzles solely via a gravity feed from the reservoir. In use, the motor causes sheet material, initially wound around the first roll, to advance up and over the frame and then wind onto the second roll, as the ultraviolet coating fluid is sprayed onto the sheet material by the nozzles.

Automated lawn application control system and methods therefor

A system and method for automated lawn chemical treatment application are described. The system comprises a station having a series of concentrated chemicals capable of being mixed and diluted in a reservoir having a water supply to form a specialty formula and a vehicle which receives the specialty formula for dispersal. Various features of the vehicle enable a systematic treatment of various plants and/or areas of a law to reduce or eliminate the growth of unwanted plants while promoting the growth of desired plants. These may include the addition of imaging sensors and artificial intelligence to recognize unwanted plants versus desirable plants and develop means to inhibit or grow each over a specified period. A homeowner's ability to consistently treat plants with low-volumes of chemical treatments is enhanced, thus limiting environmental effects and reducing chemical waste.

Automated drywall mudding system and method

An automated drywalling system for applying joint compound or plaster to drywall pieces. The system includes a robotic arm and a mudding end effector coupled at a distal end of the robotic arm, the mudding end effector configured to apply joint compound or plaster to a target surface. The system can further include a computing device executing a computational planner that: generates instructions for driving the mudding end effector and robotic arm to perform at least one mudding task that includes applying joint compound or plaster, via the mudding the end effector, to one or more joints between a plurality of drywall pieces, the generating based at least in part on obtained target surface data; and drives the end effector and robotic arm to perform the at least one mudding task.

Flow-based control for texture sprayer

A texture sprayer comprises an air compressor, a motor, a spray gun, an airflow switch, and a pressure switch. The air compressor is disposed to send the pressurized gas down a pneumatic line, and is driven by the motor. The spray gun receives pressurized gas from the pneumatic line, and expels the gas when actuated. The airflow and pressure switches are both disposed on the pneumatic line. The airflow switch is situated between the spray gun and the air reservoir, and powers the motor when gas flows through the airflow switch. The pressure switch powers the motor whenever pressure within the pneumatic line falls below a threshold value.
