SPRAY GUN
A swivel connector for a spray gun includes a first portion, the first portion including a first interior passage that extends entirely through the first portion along a longitudinal axis and a second a second interior passage that extends along a first axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The swivel connector also includes a second portion coupled to the first portion, the second portion including a third interior passage that extends entirely through the second portion along the longitudinal axis, and a fourth interior passage that extends along a second axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The swivel connector also includes a connector pin coupled to both the first portion and the second portion, wherein the connector pin includes a fifth interior passage that extends along the longitudinal axis.
High efficiency airless spray tip design and use
A method of identifying a spray tip from a plurality of spray tips based on a selected fluid is presented. The method comprises the step of selecting the fluid. The fluid is characterized by a set of given physical parameters. The method also comprises the step of selecting an application pressure. The application pressure is sufficient to cause atomization of the fluid through the spray tip. The method also comprises the step of selecting the spray tip for the fluid applicator, based on characteristics of the fluid. The spray tip is selected based on an ability to process the fluid. The spray tip is selected such that the fluid has a viscosity on the order of 10 mPa.Math.s in the shear rate range of 10.sup.4-10.sup.6 s.sup.−1 to ensure a turbulent flow downstream of a pre-orifice.

Trigger-type liquid sprayer
A trigger-type liquid sprayer in which a spring member urging an operation lever is less likely to be fatigued. A trigger-type liquid sprayer includes a sprayer main body attached to a container, an operation lever held to be swingable in a front-back direction with respect to the sprayer main body, and a spring member urging the operation lever forward. The spring member includes a fixed part that is located in front of a swing center of the operation lever and is fixed and held to the sprayer main body, and a projection that is located below the fixed part. The operation lever includes an inclined surface that is inclined upward from downward and frontward from backward and is urged by the projection abutting against the inclined surface.
Method and Apparatus for the Production of Doors
The present invention concerns the provision of a novel glue application apparatus for controllably depositing glue on the mating surfaces of door components in a manner that provides adequate glue coverage while preventing the deposition of excessive amounts of glue. The glue application apparatus includes multiple glue dispensers having uniquely configured glue dispensing nozzles that are uniquely positioned at various angles to accommodate mating surfaces of different profiles.

PIPELINE SPRAYER AND METHOD
Provided is an apparatus for coating a girth weld and a cutback region surrounding said girth weld, said apparatus having lateral travel at least equal to the length of the cutback region and circumferential rotational travel around the pipe. The apparatus can provide a multiple component coating accurately and safely, without the need for solvent flushing of the apparatus.
Paint Stream Director for Paint Sprayer
An overspray protection device has a housing which is engageable directly to a paint spray gun or to a conduit extending from the paint gun. An interior cavity of the housing provides a pathway for a stream of paint emitted by a spray nozzle to a surface being painted, which is protected from wind by a sidewall defining the shape of the housing and the interior cavity.
