METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR COLLECTING PARTICLES AND GASEOUS CHEMICALS
A method for collecting particles or gaseous chemicals is provided. The method includes providing liquid to a tube of a droplet generator, heating, with a heater of the droplet generator, the tube to provide vapor to a gas flow channel inside the tube, passing a gas flow containing the particles or gaseous chemicals through the gas flow channel inside the tube to obtain droplets including the particles or gaseous chemicals, and passing the droplets including the particles or gaseous chemicals to a wall of a collecting device such that the droplets including the particles or gaseous chemicals hit the wall. The temperature inside the gas flow channel is higher than a temperature inside the collecting device.
APPARATUS FOR DISPENSING A MIXTURE OF AT LEAST TWO LIQUID COMPONENTS
Disclosed herein is an apparatus for dispensing a mixture of at least two liquid components. The apparatus may comprise an A liquid component source fluidly connected with an A liquid component pump driven by a first motor; and a B liquid component source fluidly connected with a B liquid component pump driven by the first motor. Each of the A liquid component pump and the B liquid component pump may comprise at least two chambers. The A liquid component pump and the B liquid component pump may be fluidly connected with a dispenser unit. There may be one or more A liquid temperature regulators between the A liquid component pump and the dispenser unit. Similarly, there may be one or more B liquid temperature regulators between the B liquid component pump and the dispenser unit.

The invention relates to a cooling nozzle which has a product channel of annular cross-section the circumference of which is closed with the exception of at least one recess. Said recess has the effect that compound exiting the product channel spreads uniformly on a substrate if the compound is sufficiently solid after cooling during passage through the cooling nozzle so that it does not deliquesce on a flat substrate.

A foam dispensing apparatus and system thereof can be used for dispensing a mixture of a resin component and an isocyanate component. The foam dispensing apparatus contains a heated hose assembly, a spray gun containing a spray head and a mix tube, and a nozzle for dispensing the resin and isocyanate components from the spray gun. Components of the foam dispensing system are lightweight and/or low cost thereby facilitating use and maintenance.
Controlled material combination and delivery in ultra-variable advanced manufacturing systems
A system and method for delivering materials for deposition is described. The system includes reservoirs for holding materials, heating elements for liquefying the materials (unless they are to be delivered as solids). Once in a desired state, pressure and material delivery systems to move the materials to a deposition nozzle. In the deposition nozzle, or thereabouts, the materials combine and are prepared to be deposited. An agitation element is used to break up the material and push it out of the nozzle tip in an atomized or droplet form. Changes in the material composition/concentration result in adjustment in heat, pressure or deposition agitation.

An object of the present invention is to provide a spray device that can separately apply a coating liquid, and can form a dense organic substance film having high uniformity, and a spray coating method. To achieve the object, the spray device includes: a spray; an air flow forming unit that forms an air flow for restricting a flying space of a coating liquid sprayed by the spray; and a space heating unit that heats the flying space of the coating liquid from outside of the air flow formed by the air flow forming unit.
