Dual heater system for spray dispenser

A mobile spray dispenser comprises a fluid circulation system and a heating unit. The fluid circulation system has a motorized pump capable of circulating fluid from a fluid reservoir in a high-pressure spray mode and a low-pressure recirculation mode, and of providing the fluid to a sprayer. The motorized pump draws lower power in the low-pressure recirculation mode than in the high-pressure spray mode. The heating unit is disposed within the fluid circulation system to heat the fluid to a target temperature, and comprises a primary heater and a boost heater. The primary heater is configured to be active during both the high-pressure spray mode and the low-pressure recirculation mode. The boost heater is in fluid series with the primary heater, and is configured to be active only during the low-pressure recirculation mode.

Washer liquid heating apparatus integrated into washer reservoir

A washer liquid heating apparatus integrated into a reservoir may include an auxiliary tank which is integrally connected to the reservoir and in which a washer liquid inflowing from the reservoir is stored, and a heater assembly that is integrally attached to the auxiliary tank and heats the washer liquid stored in the auxiliary tank, wherein the heater assembly comprises a plate-type heater that is installed in a hole of the auxiliary tank to heat the washer liquid within the auxiliary tank, and wherein the plate-type heater is exposed to an inside of the auxiliary tank through the hole of the auxiliary tank such that a heating surface where heating is performed heats the washer liquid within the auxiliary tank.

NOZZLE ASSEMBLY, EVAPORATION PLATING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING AN ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE
20170354983 · 2017-12-14 ·

A nozzle assembly, an evaporation plating apparatus, and a method of manufacturing an organic light emitting diode device is provided. A first heating element is arranged in the hollow cavity in the sidewall of the nozzle. When organic material is vapor deposited, the first heating element can perform heating to raise the temperature of the peripheral wall of the nozzle to be substantially the same as or slightly higher than the temperature of the evaporation plating chamber, thereby maintaining the temperature in the nozzle within a suitable range so that it is neither too low to cause the organic material to condense in the nozzle nor too high to carbonize the organic material.

A SPRAY NOZZLE

The invention relates to a spray nozzle comprising an elastomeric tube (1) comprising a proximal end (7) through which a fluid is intended to enter said tube (1), and a distal end (8). The spray nozzle also comprises a slit (9) formed in the elastomeric tube (1) between the proximal end (7) and the distal end (8), for spraying the fluid out from the elastomeric tube (1). The elastomeric tube (1) includes a reinforcing element (10, 11) for limiting deformation of the elastomeric tube (1). By providing a slit in a tube between the proximal and distal ends of the tube, the slit can be sized to provide a broad spread pattern to the spray. The reinforcing element prevents over-expansion or deformation of the elastomeric tube.

DETACHABLE POWER SOURCE FOR AN AEROSOL DELIVERY DEVICE

An aerosol delivery device having a detachable power source is provided. A control body may be coupleable with a cartridge to form an aerosol delivery device. The cartridge may contain an aerosol precursor composition and be equipped with a heating element configured to activate and vaporize components of the aerosol precursor composition. The control body may comprise a housing and a power source detachably coupled to an outer surface of the housing. A control component may be contained within the housing and configured to operate in an active mode in which the control body is coupled with the cartridge. The control component in the active mode may be configured to direct power from the power source to the heating element to activate and vaporize components of the aerosol precursor composition.

Detection Of The Presence Of A Product Sprayed Onto A Surface
20170326562 · 2017-11-16 ·

A method of detecting the presence of a product sprayed onto an application surface, in which the product to be applied to the application surface is sprayed onto a target zone of the application surface in pulses. Before spraying the product it is heated to a temperature higher than a predetermined temperature value. After spraying the product, a value of a parameter representing the temperature of the target zone is measured remotely, and the value of that parameter is compared to a reference value of that parameter. A detection installation including pulsed spraying by way of forming part of a device shared with the heating element.
