METHOD FOR APPLYING AN INSULATION LAYER TO A MOTOR VEHICLE BATTERY CELL
Due to the dynamic mechanical loads to which motor vehicle traction batteries are subjected, housings of battery cells of the traction batteries are covered at least in part by an electrically insulating layer made from a coating material. For this purpose, a method and a coating station for carrying out the method are proposed. The method is performed with a liquid electrically insulating coating material, by applying separately produced individual drops of the coating material using a coating applicator. The drops form coating points on an outer surface of the housing, which coating points are applied sequentially with the coating applicator, adjacently to one another or overlapping, so that together they form coating lines.
Nozzle and applicator system comprising the same
An applicator system for applying a material to a substrate is disclosed, the applicator system having a nozzle assembly (28) that includes a nozzle having a nozzle head (108). The nozzle assembly (28) also includes a baffle plate (101) including a cutout (144) that extends through the baffle plate (101), where the baffle plate (101) is received by the nozzle head (108) such that the nozzle head (108) and the baffle plate (101) define a cavity. The nozzle assembly (28) further includes a cover plate (102) attached to the nozzle head (108) such that the cover plate (102) secures the baffle plate (101) within the nozzle head (128), where an outlet passage is defined between the baffle plate (101) and the cover plate (102), the outlet passage being fluidly connected to the cavity through the cutout (144) of the baffle plate (101).

SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS AND SUBSTRATE PROCESSING METHOD
The substrate processing apparatus includes: a rotating unit that holds and rotates a substrate; a processing liquid supply unit including an ejecting unit that supplies a processing liquid from the ejecting unit to a target surface of the substrate that is being rotated by the rotating unit so as to process the substrate; and the receiving unit 30 including a container having an open top, and relatively movable with respect to the ejecting unit 21 between a block position where the supply of the processing liquid from the ejecting unit 21 is blocked and an allowance position where the supply of the processing liquid from the ejecting unit is allowed.
Shower caddy with 4-way diverter
A shower caddy includes a 4-way diverter for attachment to a shower arm and to divert water received from the shower arm to a circuit of pipes within the shower caddy. The shower caddy further includes a heating circuit within a basin. The basin holds bathing fluids, and the heating circuit transfers heat from water traveling via the circuit of pipes to the bathing fluids within the basin. The shower caddy further includes an additive infuser attached to the circuit of pipes that infuses an additive into the water flowing through the circuit of pipes when the additive infuser is activated by a user. The circuit of pipes is further connected to a showerhead that outputs the water received from the shower arm following it being used for the heating circuit and/or having an additive infused therein.
