METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DELIVERING FLUID DROPLETS ONTO AN OPEN AND STATIONARY TRAY
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for delivering droplets of fluids onto an open tray containing poultry. According to the invention, the apparatus includes a stationary working surface, a single arm carrying a plurality of fluid dispensing nozzles, a drive unit comprising an electric motor for driving the translation of said single arm, said plurality of dispensing nozzles being connected to at least one fluid supply circuit comprising a fluid reservoir for supplying dispensing nozzles, the volume of fluid drawn from said reservoir being determined by a syringe, movement of the plunger of which is controlled by an electrical control element so that the plunger has a feed velocity V in the corresponding syringe. The apparatus also includes a controller for controlling the motor speed and the plunger feed velocity, said controller being configured to synchronize the acceleration/deceleration of the movable arm and the acceleration/deceleration of the plunger of said syringe or of at least one of said syringes.
SEALANT DISPENSER AND METHODS OF OPERATION
A sealant dispenser comprising a chassis adapted to carry a supply of sealant dispensable through a nozzle; at least one drive wheel to directionally propel said chassis; and a detection system carried by said chassis to determine a location to dispense sealant through said nozzle and controlling direction of said at least one drive wheel to position said nozzle.
FLUID APPLICATOR
A fluid applicator configured to receive a pressurized fluid includes a pressure vessel configured to receive the pressurized fluid from a fluid delivery line. The pressure vessel includes a valve chamber configured to receive a valve assembly, a filter chamber configured to receive a filter assembly, and a fluid delivery line fitting configured to be coupled to the fluid delivery line. The fluid applicator further including a tip assembly coupled to the pressure vessel and configured to atomize the pressurized fluid.
AUTONOMOUS SPRAYING ROBOT WITH SELECTABLE NOZZLES
A robotic vehicle (10) may include a chassis supporting a storage tank (14) in which an aqueous solution is contained, a mobility assembly operably coupled to the chassis to provide mobility for the robotic vehicle (10) about a service area, a positioning module configured to provide guidance for the robotic vehicle (10) during transit of the robotic vehicle (10) over the service area, a spray assembly and control circuitry. The spray assembly may be operably coupled to the storage tank to spray the aqueous solution via a nozzle and a pump during the transit of the robotic vehicle (10) over the service area. The control circuitry (12) may be operably coupled to the spray assembly. The control circuitry (12) may be configured to determine characteristics of the nozzle to control an amount of the aqueous solution applied to the service area based on the characteristics of the nozzle.
Integrated pump guard and control interlock
A paint sprayer includes an end bell, a motor connected to the end bell, a pump drive connected to the end bell, a pair of protrusions attached to an extending from the end bell such that each protrusion is cantilevered from the end bell, and a pump assembly comprising a pair of mounting holes and containing a piston. The pair of mounting holes is adapted to receive and slide onto the pair of protrusions to mount the pump assembly on the end bell as well as slide off of the pair of protrusions to remove the pump assembly from the end bell. The pump drive is configured to covert rotational motion output by the motor to reciprocal motion. The pump assembly is configured to pump paint when reciprocated by the pump drive while mounted on the end bell.
HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM FOR A PLURALITY OF SPRAY GUNS USED IN A LINE STRIPER
An effective implementation is shown for a height adjustment system for a plurality of spray guns used in a line striper.
Spreader
A spreader for spreading a material including at least one pair of rotating discs having a plurality of generally radially oriented blades attached thereon for disbursing the material in a pre-selected pattern. The discs are rotatably positioned below an end of a funnel unit to receive material passing through the funnel units. The material, as it passes through the funnel units, is directed to a predetermined impact region on each of the rotating discs by a corresponding pair of deflecting vanes integrally fit and movably attached within each funnel of the pair of funnel units. Each deflecting vane is selectably movable by a corresponding actuator from a first position to a second position while the spreader is operating.
Skid-mounted movable boom cradles for an agricultural product sprayer
An apparatus and method are provided for removably mounting an agricultural product sprayer, having at least one foldable boom, on an agricultural product applicator having a chassis adapted for removably receiving the agricultural product sprayer, by attaching the foldable boom to a skid adapted for operative, removable mounting on the applicator chassis. The skid further has a boom cradle adapted for supporting the foldable boom in a folded position when the skid is mounted on the chassis, and when the skid is separated from the chassis of the agricultural applicator. The boom cradle is selectively movable between an inboard and an outboard position of the cradle to facilitate operation of the product applicator, and also to facilitate mounting the sprayer on, and removing the sprayer from the chassis of the applicator.
OZONE DISINFECTING SYSTEM AND DEVICES CONFIGURED TO CONVERT WATER INTO OZONE FOR DISINFECTING, CLEANING, OR SANITIZING
An ozone disinfecting system includes a water holding tank configured to hold water for use by the ozone disinfecting system. An ozone generator machine is configured to convert the water into an ozone cleaner agent. An ozone holding tank is configured to hold the ozone cleaner agent created by the ozone generator machine. A drain is configured to drain fluid from the ozone holding tank to the water holding tank. A pump is configured to cycle the fluid from the water holding tank to the ozone generator machine and into the ozone holding tank. A controller is configured to control the pump, the ozone generator machine, and the drain. Wherein, the controller controls the pump, the ozone generator machine and the drain to create the ozone cleaner agent from the water and cycle it between the water holding tank and the ozone holding tank at a specified cycle time.
