Disclosed is a fully automatic intelligent spraying robot. The robot includes a chassis, a driving device, a sliding device, a clamping device, a detection device and a control device; the driving device is fixedly connected to the chassis, and the driving device drives the chassis to move freely on the ground; the sliding device is fixed on the chassis; one end of the clamping device is used to fix a spray gun, and the other end of the clamping device is connected to the sliding device, and the clamping device can freely slide along the height direction of the sliding device; the detection device is fixed on the chassis, and the control device is also fixed on the chassis; and the control device is respectively in signal connection with the driving device, the sliding device, the clamping device and the detection device.

The at least one air channel is configured to provide air in proximity to the atomising disc to modify the subsequent trajectory of the liquid droplets that leave the outer edge of the atomising disc.

An applicator and method of use is disclosed for applying coatings and paints to various surfaces. As shown, the sprayer may have an undercarriage frame that supports three-wheels. All three wheels may run parallel with the first wheels and second wheels attached to the sprayer frame via an undercarriage with the third wheel positioned behind and between both the first and second wheels on a separate arm or frame. The width of the sprayer booms may be adjusted. The undercarriage may be folded entirely or only a portion therein. The arm of the third wheel may be folded or telescope, as required by a particular application. A handle, which may be adjustable, may be positioned between the sprayer frame and the undercarriage. Use of the applicator according to the method discussed herein reduces operator fall exposure and increases application efficiency.

The surface treatment system comprises a boom mounted to a vehicle body and an implement mounted to a mounting plated disposed at the working end of the boom. The implement comprises a texturing brush configured to engage a horizontal surface of the uncured concrete to apply a texture pattern thereto. The implement also comprises a first and second spray bars. The first spray bar is configured to apply a first chemical to the bristles of the texturing brush when in an engaged position. The second spray bar is configured to concurrently apply a second chemical to the textured surface of uncured concrete while the texturing brush is applying the texture pattern to the horizontal surface of the uncured concrete.

High-speed system for weed control

The invention relates to a modular system for weed control for a rail vehicle. The modular system has a control unit for producing control signals for controlling valves and mixers in a separate herbicide and mixing module and for producing a second set of control signals for controlling valves of a nozzle rod. The herbicide and mixing module has a container for holding different herbicides and electrical connection elements for connections to the control unit. Furthermore, a nozzle rod is present, which is fitted with a nozzle set, in order to spray herbicides of the herbicide and mixing module. In addition, a camera module is present, which produces a weed signal in response to the detection of a weed, in order to control the spraying of the herbicides. The camera module is at such a distance from the nozzle rod that, despite high speed, there is sufficient time to provide the herbicide at the nozzles.

The mobile water treatment vehicle includes a drivable vehicle, a water treatment unit, a water treatment unit disposed on the drivable vehicle, at least one water tank operably coupled to the water treatment unit and disposed on the drivable vehicle, at least one water pump disposed on the drivable vehicle and configured to pump water from the at least one water tank to the mobile instant reclaim cleaning unit and a power source configured to power the at least one water pump.
