Patch Device for Sealing and Dispensing a Substance into a Patched Area
A device comprising means for patching an area. The patching means comprises means for sealing the perimeter of the patching means to an object or surface to create an air-tight sealed area between the patching means and the object or surface. The device further comprises means for dispensing a substance into the sealed area and means for providing a liftable portion on the patching means. The liftable portion of the patching means comprises means for resealing the liftable area to the patching means. The device may further comprise means for providing a middle compartment configured to hold a substance.
Coating tape
A process for manufacturing continuous ceramic tape includes steps of heating a ceramic feedstock to a molten state and spraying molten droplets of the feedstock onto a deposition surface. The method further includes forming a ceramic coating on the deposition surface by accumulating the droplets, which solidify and are directly bonded to one another. The deposition surface is non-stick with respect to the ceramic coating such that the coating may be peeled off of the deposition surface as a continuous ceramic tape, without fracture. Additionally, in embodiments, the deposition surface is removed by running the deposition over a bending edge, chemically stripping or dissolving the deposition surface, or burning the deposition surface.
MACHINE FOR THE SURFACE PROCESSING OF PRODUCTS
Machine for the surface processing of products (L) under controlled pressure conditions different than the ambient pressure, comprising • at least one sealed chamber (12, 13), provided with at least one opening (15, 16), that can be closed, for inserting and removing a plurality of products (L) to be processed, • a device (30) for adjusting the pressure inside said at least one chamber (12, 13), • in said at least one chamber (12, 13), a moving device (20) for vertically moving said products (L), so as to accumulate at least two said products on levels arranged over one another, • a horizontal moving device (19) for moving said products (L) from and towards said at least one opening (15, 16) when the products (L) are arranged at the same level of said at least one opening (15, 16) wherein, from an operational viewpoint, a plurality of said products (L) are inserted into said at least one chamber (12, 13), and at least two products of said plurality of products (L) are over one another for a span of processing, and wherein, once all the products to be processed have been inserted into said at least one chamber, (12, 13) said chamber (12, 13) is closed and the pressure inside is adjusted up to an operational processing pressure, and then said at least one chamber (12, 13) is opened again and the products (L) are removed therefrom.
Coating apparatus for containers
The present invention relates to a coating apparatus also called coating tunnel or coating hood for applying a protective coating to hollow glass containers. In particular it relates to a coating apparatus also called coating tunnel or coating hood with air curtains for reducing the loss of the carrier gas comprising a coating compound for applying the protective coatings to glass containers. More particularly the present invention relates to a coating apparatus also called coating tunnel or coating hood with specific air curtains at the entry and the exit of the coating apparatus for reducing the loss of the carrier gas comprising a coating compound for applying the protective coatings to glass containers.
SPRAY APPLICATOR AND SPRAY UNIT
A spray applicator (1) for spraying a fluid onto a web (W) of material has a first group of spray nozzles (10A) arranged along a first axis (FA) and a second group of spray nozzles (11A) arranged along a second axis (SA). The first (FA) and second (SA) spray nozzle axes are arranged on the same side of a plane in which the web (W) is run. Each spray nozzle (10A, 11A) has an elongated spray opening configured to spray fluid in a direction towards the web (W). The first spray nozzle opening of the first group of spray ozzles (10A) has an inclination angle which differs from the second nozzle opening inclination angle of the second group of spray nozzles (11A).
DEPOSITION APPARATUS AND DEPOSITION PRODUCT MANUFACTURING METHOD
A deposition apparatus includes: discharge nozzles arranged at predetermined intervals in a processing compartment in a deposition chamber, wherein each of the discharge nozzles comprises a discharge port that discharges aerosolized particulates toward a corresponding surface treatment object; linear motor single-axis robots arranged at predetermined intervals in a direction perpendicular to a nozzle arrangement direction; and nozzle head units that each adjust a mutual distance between the discharge port and a surface of the corresponding surface treatment object based on a shape of the corresponding surface treatment object, the nozzle head units moving along the nozzle arrangement direction, and the nozzle head units being arranged in each of the linear motor single-axis robots.
Method for manufacturing golf ball
A method for manufacturing a golf ball having a non-uniform dot pattern is provided. Firstly, a semi-finished product of a golf ball is provided, which includes a ball body and a base layer covering an outer surface of the ball body. After that, the semi-finished product of the golf ball is rotated at a predetermined rotation speed, and a color paint is applied to the semi-finished product of the golf ball in a spraying manner from each of an upper position and a lower position.
COATING SYSTEM AND COATING METHOD
A coating system includes a first robot configured to open an opening/closing portion of a vehicle body and a second robot configured to coat an interior of the vehicle body through the opening/closing portion opened by the first robot. The first robot has a first base via which the first robot is mounted to a structure forming a coating area. The second robot has a second base via which the second robot is mounted. The second base is mounted below the first base in a vertical direction.
AUTOMATED SPRAY SYSTEM TO PRODUCE AN ELASTOMERIC PAD ON A RAILROAD TIE
The present disclosure provides for an automated spray system (100) to produce an elastomeric pad on a railroad tie. The automated spray system (100) includes a two-component spray system (102) for spraying a two-component reaction mixture to produce the elastomeric pad on the railroad tie. In-line flavoring granular and powder conveyor system
A granular coating conveyor system for coating granular particles carried in compartments along a tubular conveyor member. Coating fluid is fed over the granular particles through radial nozzles located inside a co-axial rotating blender with tubular member upstream discharge port and tubular member downstream return ingress port for the granular particles. The blender is a drum having a helicoidal spiral screw integrally mounted to an interior peripheral wall face of the drum and extending therealong radially outwardly of the tubular member mixing in the drum in tumbling fashion the granular particles with coating fluid and guiding same therealong, so as to dynamically form a kidney shape mass of granular particles.
