COATING BOOTH FOR COATING VEHICLE RIMS
A coating cabin for coating vehicle wheel rims has a coating chamber and a conveying device for transporting the workpieces for coating through the coating chamber. An applicator system is furthermore provided for spraying coating material as required in the coating chamber, wherein the applicator system has a first pistol system for spraying coating material as required onto a first region of the workpieces for coating, a second pistol system for spraying coating material as required onto a second region of the workpieces for coating, and a third pistol system for spraying coating material as required onto a third region of the workpieces for coating.
Decorative Defect Re-Basecoating System for Cans and other Cylindrical Containers
A quick, practical and economical method, machine and system for re-basecoating cans which have necks, flanges but also have basecoat and or decoration defects. The cans may pass by a corona /plasma treatment which removes lubricant. A main starwheel will carry the cans to a can body coating application device (such as a high durometer resilient roller), then to a can neck coating application device (similar but shaped for the neck/flange of the can). The main starwheel will carry the cans through an induction tunnel in which cans have an electrical current induced, thereby curing the cans before the cans are removed by an outfeed device and placed onto an outfeed conveyor. Hold down chucks hold the cans from the top (in addition to vacuum chucks holding the cans from the bottom) and cover the top of the cans so that the new coating material does not enter.
WOOD-THAWING INSTALLATION
A wood-thawing installation for thawing frozen pieces of raw timber includes a thawing channel. The thawing channel has an entrance and an exit for the pieces of raw timber for the raw wood pieces to enter and exit the thawing channel. A plurality of nozzles are located on the thawing channel to introduce a thawing liquid into the thawing channel. A first section of the thawing channel and a second section of the thawing channel are located between the entrance and the exit. The exit is closer to the second section than to the first section. At least one of the nozzles is located in the first section and connected via a pumping line to a suction opening located in the second section. Further disclosed is a method for thawing frozen raw wood pieces.
Apparatus and method for the application of surface treatments on articles
A plurality of workpiece-holding spindles is arranged, each engaging an article being processed, and a plurality of trays, each removably engaging a plurality of said spindles. The trays are moved along a feeding line extending along a feeding path passing near a decoration module. By a transfer assembly, the spindles carrying the articles are transferred from the trays on the feeding path, to the decoration module. A decorative treatment is applied to the articles carried by the spindles, in correspondence with at least one treatment unit (40, 41, 42) operating along the decoration module. In correspondence with a painting module operatively connected with the feeding line, the articles carried by the spindles are painted.
Method and apparatus for painting objects
An apparatus for painting an object, the apparatus having a painting head equipped with a spraying nozzle arranged to deliver a flow of paint on a surface. The apparatus also includes a device for moving the painting head in the space according to at least two degrees of freedom. An identification device is also provided for identifying the three-dimensional shape of the surface. A processing means is also provided to process the detected projected image and to determine the spatial coordinates of each point.
Melting and spinning device
A device, method, and system for creating a design on a design surface are provided. The device includes a first compartment that includes a receiving and positioning component and a channel configured to receive and position a wax stick at the receiving and positioning component. The device includes a second compartment having a melting component that includes a heating element, a temperature measurement element, and a nozzle. The nozzle includes a nozzle opening configured to receive the wax stick, the nozzle directly aligned with the channel of the receiving and positioning component. The nozzle also includes a nozzle tip configured to transfer melted portions of the wax stick from the nozzle to a design surface on a spinning component in a third compartment of the device.
COATING DEVICE
A coating device includes: a stage transfer part including a first long shaft extending in a first direction and a second long shaft extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction; a stage tilting part disposed on the stage transfer part, where the stage tiling part swings about a first swing axis; a stage rotating part disposed on the stage tilting part, where the stage rotating part rotates about a first rotating axis intersecting the first swing axis; a stage aligning part disposed on the stage rotating part, where the stage aligning part includes a first short shaft extending in the first direction and a second short shaft extending in the second direction; and a stage disposed on the stage aligning part, wherein a coating target is seated on the stage, where the stage includes a monitoring camera disposed in a camera seating space defined inside the stage.
SPRAY COATING APPARATUSES WITH TURN NOZZLE ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS OF COATING GLASS OBJECTS
A spray coating apparatus that applies a coating material onto outer surfaces of glass objects includes a coating material source that includes a coating material. A spray nozzle assembly includes a spray nozzle fluidly connected to the coating material source. The spray nozzle is arranged and configured to direct the coating material in a first direction toward the glass object and provide an overspray amount of the coating material by the glass object such that the overspray amount bypasses a non-line of sight area of the glass object. A turn nozzle assembly includes a turn nozzle fluidly connected to a pressurized gas source. The turn nozzle is arranged and configured to direct pressurized gas in a second direction different than the first direction toward the non-line of sight area of the glass package to redirect the coating material onto the non-line of sight area.
SPRAY COATING DEVICE AND SPRAY COATING METHOD
An object is to provide a spray coating device and a coating method, with which a uniform coating film can be formed by spray coating with two liquids having reactivity, and in which precipitation of a reaction product on a periphery can also be prevented.
