Pipe inspection and cleaning apparatus and systems

Pipe inspection systems including a push-cable, jetter, and camera assembly are disclosed. A jetter nozzle may be configured to spin and/or propel the camera head within a pipe or other cavity. A cutter line may be attached to the camera head to clean obstructions. A sonde may be coupled to a camera head to generate magnetic field signals for use with a buried utility locator to locate a pipe or other cavity into which the camera head is deployed.

A system for the in situ production of a liner suitable to shield active surfaces of apparatus for the processing of liquids and/or solids from coming into contact with, and being fouled by, the processed materials, comprises: 1) a spray head, adapted to spray a layer of curable polymeric material onto a surface; 2) circuitry adapted to direct the movement of said spray head according to data pertaining to the surface to be sprayed; and 3) curing apparatus, suitable to cure the layer of material sprayed onto said surface, thereby to produce a shielding liner in situ.

Washing device and operation setting method therefor

Parameters for a plurality of motors that move a nozzle on a three-dimensional movement locus are set easily. A washing device 1 includes display device 7, and a worker touches an input unit 7A of the display device 7 with a finger, to thereby set parameters for both servo motors that move a nozzle 3 on a three-dimensional movement locus. Specifically, a three-dimensional model Md1 of a tank 2 to be washed is displayed on the input unit 7A, and next, the worker drags specific spots of the three-dimensional model Md1, sequentially, and selects washing methods and washing time periods of the spots. The selected contents are transmitted to a control device 6, are computed by a computing unit 6A of the control device 6, so that the parameters for both servo motors for operating the nozzle 3 in three dimensions are set in washing.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CAVITATION ABRASIVE FINISHING OF INTERIOR SURFACES

A central tubular defines a central flow passage and spray nozzles along an outer circumference of the central tubular. A first brush pig supports a first end of the central tubular. A second brush pig supports a second end of the tubular. An inflatable balloon is at the second end of the tubular. The inflatable balloon is encircled by the second brush pig. The inflatable balloon is configured to cause a first pressure drop across the balloon when in an inflated state and cause a second pressure drop, less than the first pressure drop, across the balloon when in a deflated state. A flow control system is at the first end of the tubular and is configured to regulate fluid exchange with the tubular and fluid exchange with the inflatable balloon.

Gas turbine engine maintenance tool

A maintenance tool for gas turbine engine includes a rail system having a plurality of rail segments insertable through one or more inspection holes of the gas turbine engine for assembly within a core air flowpath of the gas turbine engine. The maintenance tool additionally includes a maintenance head movable along the plurality of rail segments of the rail system for performing maintenance operations within the core air flowpath.

SPRAY GUN ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM

An improved device for adjusting spray guns in an IC spray machine. Adjustments may be done using electro-mechanical or pneumatic actuators, and may rotate the nozzles toward an evacuation hood for cleaning, etc. Two actuators are used per spray gun, one mechanically engaged to a slide which moves the gun in translation (traversing in the X dimension), one which is mechanically engaged to a bracket which in turn is mechanically engaged to the gun mount, so the gun may be either moved or rotated. In addition, a Z-axis beam allows control in depth by an additional actuator/motor.

A portable spray cleaning system with a device for sanitizing the interior surface of residential trash cans. The device includes adjustable arms, a plurality of spray nozzles, and rubber clamps. On one end, the device may also include a port for connecting to a water supply via a hose. Once the hose is connected, water can then be sprayed out through the spray nozzles. The pressure created by the water flow enables the device to rotate while water is being sprayed. There may also be a compartment for inserting a disinfectant that mixes in with the water. The device is collapsible for easy storage and packaging. It is known that trash receptacles often become very dirty and contaminated after repeated use.

APPLICATOR DEVICE AND APPLICATOR SYSTEM FOR MEDICAMENT CONTAINERS

The present disclosure relates to an applicator device for depositing a lubricant onto an inside surface of a barrel of a medicament container. The applicator device includes a sprayer defining a longitudinal direction and sized for insertion into an interior of the barrel along the longitudinal direction. The sprayer is operable to eject the lubricant. A centering element is connected to the sprayer and operably engageable with the barrel in a predefined position or orientation to align the sprayer relative to the barrel.

INJECTION DEVICE
