The nozzle head is provided in an explosion-proof housing equipped with an explosion-proof construction. A heat dissipation means that dissipates heat generated from the nozzle head within the explosion-proof housing is attached to the nozzle head. A temperature measurement means for measuring the temperature of the heat dissipation means is attached to the heat dissipation means.

The stabilizer plate comprises a cylindrically shaped spacer contact nipple having a first end affixed to a flange that extends outwardly from the spacer contact nipple and has a circular opening aligned with an interior of the cylindrically shaped spacer contact nipple for receiving a shower pipe arm of the showerhead assembly. The opening in the flange and interior of the cylindrically shaped spacer contact nipple are sized to receive the shower pipe arm.

The assembly includes a stabilizer plate, one or more spacers of varying sizes/thicknesses, and a plurality of fasteners to secure the stabilizer plate to a structure. The stabilizer plate comprises a cylindrically shaped spacer contact nipple having a first end affixed to a flange that extends outwardly from the spacer contact nipple and has a circular opening aligned with an interior of the cylindrically shaped spacer contact nipple for receiving a shower pipe arm of the showerhead assembly. The opening in the flange and interior of the cylindrically shaped spacer contact nipple are sized to receive the shower pipe arm.

High pressure nozzle and related methods

A high pressure nozzle adapted to clean a tube includes an elongated body having a proximal end and a distal end, and defines one or more elongated channels along an exterior, extending from the distal end to the proximal end, and includes a head rotatably mounted to the body adjacent the distal end. The head includes jets that expel liquid at a pressure of at least 1000 psi to clean material from a wall of a tube and/or rotate the head relative to the body about a longitudinal axis. The channels are operable in an evacuation mode in which a portion of liquid is conveyed through the channels away from the head toward the proximal end to prevent and/or impair hydraulicing of the nozzle in the tube when the nozzle encounters a blockage within the tube. Related methods of use of the nozzle also are provided.

Operator interface device and distributed control for fluid dispensing systems

A plural component dispensing system includes a dispensing device, first and second fluid component sources, a system controller, and an operator interface device. The first fluid component source is connected to the dispensing device to deliver the first fluid component to the dispensing device. The second fluid component source is connected to the dispensing device to deliver the second fluid component to the dispensing device. The system controller is connected to regulate operation of the first fluid component source and the second fluid component source to produce a target ratio of the first fluid component and the second fluid component at the dispensing device. The operator interface device is remote from and operatively connected to the system controller. The operator interface device is configured to output system state information received from the system controller and to receive operator input to control an operational state of the system controller.
