Paint-supply system for a coating installation, and associated operating method

The disclosure relates to a paint supply system for a coating installation (e.g. painting installation) comprising a ring line for circulation of a coating agent, a ring line tapping point in the ring line for extraction of the coating agent from the ring line, a consumer and a tap line leading from the ring line tapping point to the consumer. The disclosure provides a device for alternately moving the coating agent forward and backward in the tap line to avoid settling of the coating agent in the tap line.

A nozzle cup is mounted onto the post so as to block portions of the dispenser channel and to define two or more tapered spin channels feeding the chamber, thereby improved mixing and fine mist dispersion characteristics. This combination may then be used in combination with any number of known pump mechanisms and containers to create a fine mist dispenser.

The apparatus includes a housing defining the appearance of the apparatus and installed with a pump on one side, the pump being operated by a user; an external-phase chamber provided in the housing, and storing an external-phase fluid forming the external phase of the emulsion substance; a dispersed-phase chamber provided in the housing, and storing a dispersed-phase fluid forming the dispersed phase of the emulsion substance. The apparatus further includes a microfluidic channel providing a path for the external-phase fluid and the dispersed-phase fluid to flow for forming the emulsion substance by combining the external-phase fluid with the dispersed-phase fluid; and a tube for discharging the emulsion substance from the microfluidic channel.

Process and device for quick dry and or rapid set aqueous external coatings

A device and process for applying a quick dry rapid set aqueous solution. An indicator of a selected color and composition is added to an accelerator to be applied along with a resin. The tinted color indicator is typically blue and allows the user to determine if the proper mixture is being applied. The indicator is visible only during application and disappears after application. The resin and accelerator are applied using an airless spray mechanism with delivery systems and spray gun. The spray gun has 2 nozzles and the capability to set the angle between the nozzles.

Airless pump dispensers

A dispenser for dispensing a flowable product from a container has a pump module mounted on the container at an opening thereof. The pump module includes a pump body, which defines a pump chamber and a pump chamber inlet for product to flow from the container interior into the pump chamber. A pump actuator is operable in a pumping stroke relative to the pump body to vary the volume of the pump chamber and dispense the product. The pump includes a movable body portion which is operable in a displacement stroke into the container. The movable portion has a displacement body with a product-engaging face directed onto an interior product space of the container upstream of the pump chamber inlet, to assist priming. Below this a disrupter member, a grid of narrow bars, projects to penetrate the product.
