Painting facility
The facility includes a first connection mechanism connecting a filter unit to a floor discharging section to establish communication between an opening portion of the floor discharging section and an upper face opening portion of the filter unit and a second connection mechanism connecting the filter unit to an exhausting chamber to establish communication between an opening portion of the exhausting chamber and a side face opening portion of the filter unit. The first connection mechanism includes a seal portion that comes into contact with an entire circumference of an outer face of an upper end portion of the filter unit, thus preventing leakage of exhaust gas. The seal portion includes an introducing portion for introducing the upper end portion of the filter unit to the seal portion from a horizontal direction.

SCRUBBER UNIT FOR A PAINT BOOTH
A paint booth assembly includes a paint booth having a pair of side walls and a flood sheet extending between the pair of side walls to separate the paint booth between a spray portion disposed above the flood sheet and a paint recovery portion disposed below the flood sheet. The flood sheet defines at least one flood sheet opening, and a scrubber unit extends down from the flood sheet opening to establish a shared path of fluid communication of a flow of water from the flood sheet and a downdraft of process air from the spray portion to the paint recovery portion. A scrubber pod is disposed within the scrubber unit and defines a plurality of perforations to induce an initial mixing of the paint particles entrained in the downdraft of process air into the flow of water.
Air Conditioner for Paint Booth
An air conditioner that can have a higher efficiency, a lower power consumption, and a smaller size is disclosed. The air conditioner is for supplying air to a paint booth for painting a paint target. The air conditioner includes a housing that has an inlet and an outlet for air that is to be supplied, a humidifying means for spraying humidifying mist into the air taken in through the inlet, and a vaporizing means for vaporizing unvaporized humidifying mist contained in the air into which the humidifying mist was sprayed by the humidifying means by causing the unvaporized humidifying mist to come into contact with the air flowing through the vaporizing means. The air subjected to humidity adjustment by the humidifying means and the vaporizing means is supplied to the paint booth via the outlet.
