Systems and methods for high humidity curing within tablet coating system
The disclosure encompasses systems and methods for performing high temperature and high humidity curing of tablets using air flow delivered from a recirculating air handler to a pan coater of a tablet coating device. The recirculating air handler may be integrated into a preexisting tablet coating device so that the air flow may be delivered by the preexisting air handler or by the recirculating air handler as desired.
Scrubber unit for a paint booth
A paint booth assembly includes a paint booth having a pair of side walls and a flood sheet extending between the pair of side walls to separate the paint booth between a spray portion disposed above the flood sheet and a paint recovery portion disposed below the flood sheet. The flood sheet defines at least one flood sheet opening, and a scrubber unit extends down from the flood sheet opening to establish a shared path of fluid communication of a flow of water from the flood sheet and a downdraft of process air from the spray portion to the paint recovery portion. A scrubber pod is disposed within the scrubber unit and defines a plurality of perforations to induce an initial mixing of the paint particles entrained in the downdraft of process air into the flow of water.
PORTABLE PAINT BOOTH
A portable paint booth has a floor, roof and walls made of non-porous materials. A portable paint booth may have a flexible polymeric floor, a flexible polymeric roof, flexible polymeric walls extending between the floor and the roof, at least one door disposed in a front wall of the booth, rigid poles coupled to the walls and supporting the roof, an air inlet disposed in a first wall and adapted to receive air input into the spray booth from a mechanical blower to pressurize the booth with a positive pressure, and an exhaust port disposed in a second wall. The booth may be transported in a normal utility vehicle and assembled by a single person, facilitating safe and effective painting when permanent structures are not available.

Work Facility
A work facility that is capable of adjusting an air volume without a work defect and saving energy. The opening degree of an air volume adjusting damper corresponding to a filter booth for which the individual air volume measured by a corresponding individual flowmeter is the smallest among the respective individual air volumes for the filter booths is adjusted to a completely open state, whereas the opening degree of any other air volume adjusting damper is adjusted to such an opening degree that the individual air volume for the corresponding filter booth as measured by a corresponding individual flowmeter is equal to the smallest individual air volume, and a gas discharge fan is adjusted by a total air volume adjusting mechanism so that a total air volume measured by a total flowmeter is equal to a predetermined target total air volume.

PLASTIC SCRUBBER FOR PAINT SPRAY BOOTH
A wet scrubber having a body that is molded from a plastic material in combination with a nozzle insert that is removably received in the inlet of the wet scrubber and configured to optimize the speed of fluid flow entering a mixing chamber provided in the wet scrubber. Interchangeable nozzle inserts allow to optimize operation of the wet scrubber for different processes the wet scrubber is operating in conjunction with.
Coating Booth
A coating booth (101) for elements to be coated. The coating booth (101) comprises a passage between opposing vertical sides (107a, 107b, 108a, 108b) through which elements to be coated are conveyed. There is an entrance (105) at one end of the passage and an exit (106) at the other end of the passage. The coating booth (101) comprises a conveyor line (102) for supporting said elements to be coated and configured to convey said elements from the entrance (105) to the exit (106) along a straight pathway, and, a suction system. The opposing sides of the channel are symmetrical about the pathway. Sets of spray guns (103a, 104a, 103b, 104b) for spraying coating powder at the elements are positioned symmetrically either side of the straight pathway. The suction system comprises vertical suction inlets (109a, 109b) mounted opposite one another on each opposing vertical side of the passage, the suction system being configured to provide equal amounts of suction through each of the opposing vertical suction inlets (109a, 109b).
