CLEANING DEVICE USING MICRO/NANO-BUBBLES
Provided are a cleaning method and cleaning device for cleaning with micro/nano-bubbles, with which a simple method of spraying a treatment solution containing micro/nano-bubbles onto a substrate to be processed makes it possible to efficiently and reliably peel off residual resist or remove contaminants from the substrate, while reducing an environmental load.
This cleaning method is characterized in that, with respect to a substrate to be treated to which a resist film has adhered onto the substrate or a substrate to be treated to which the surface thereof has been contaminated with a metal or metal compounds, the resist film is peeled off or the metals or metal compounds are removed by spraying onto the substrate to be treated a treatment solution containing gaseous micro/nano-bubbles and having a temperature maintained at 30 C. to 90 C., the mean particle size of the micro/nano-bubbles when measured by an ice embedding method using a cryo-transmission electron microscope being 100 nm or smaller, preferably 30 nm or smaller, and also preferably the density of such bubbles being 10.sup.8 or more bubbles per 1 mL.

CAN INNER SURFACE-COATING APPARATUS
Provided is a can inner surface-coating apparatus with which inspection of bottomed cylinders can be favorably performed in parallel without being affected by the coating process. In the can inner surface-coating apparatus, inspection cameras to be used for inspection following coating of the inner surface of a bottomed cylinder that will become the body of a can or bottle-shaped can are disposed above spray devices that are used for coating the inner surface of bottomed cylinders. Moreover, the coating area including the spray devices and the inspection area including the inspection cameras are covered with a cover. By supplying air inside the cover from the upper part (air supply port) of the inspection area and discharging the air out of the cover from the lower part (coating mist collection duct) of the coating area, an air flow is formed from the upper part of the inspection area to the lower part of the coating area.
FILTRATION ASSEMBLY AND SYSTEM
A filter includes filter media and defines an inner plenum. The inner plenum has a cross-sectional dimension extending crosswise of the filter. The cross-sectional dimension decreases from adjacent the upstream side toward to downstream wall to a location disposed intermediate the upstream side and the downstream wall. The cross-sectional dimension of the inner plenum increases from adjacent the intermediate location toward the downstream wall.
METHOD OF CONTAINING CONTAMINANTS DURING PROCESSING OF AN AIRCRAFT WING-BODY SECTION
A spray containment system for a wing-body section includes a forward module, a center module, and an aft module. The forward module has a forward closeout panel configured to engage a forward end of a fuselage center section of the wing-body section. The center module has opposing module side panels each configured to engage a wing lower surface of a wing of the wing-body section. The aft module has an aft closeout panel configured to engage an aft end of the fuselage center section. The forward module and the aft module are independently movable and are configured to be assembled around the wing-body section to define an internal environment that is sealed from an external environment for containing contaminants including at least one of vapors, overspray, and liquids generated during application of one or more of coatings, sealants, and adhesives to localized areas of the wing-body section.

METHOD FOR COATING A MATERIAL WEB
A method for coating a material web (2), in particular a fibrous web, by way of a coating device. The coating device (1) has an application unit (3) for applying a coating medium to the material web. The application unit is arranged in the interior of an enclosure (4), which has first opening for the entry of the material web and a second opening for the exiting of the material web. In the interior of the enclosure there is produced a positive pressure greater than the ambient pressure outside the enclosure during the coating so that air flows from the interior of the enclosure to the outside (5b) of the enclosure through the first opening and/or the second opening.
