LIQUID ADHESIVE DISPENSING SYSTEM
A dispenser for dispensing a liquid onto a substrate is disclosed. The dispenser includes a liquid supply and a dispenser module. The dispenser module includes a nozzle body having an inlet, an outlet, and a chamber for receiving the liquid. The dispenser module also includes a central valve body attached to the nozzle body that defines a piston chamber and a valve member having a piston portion disposed within the piston chamber of the central valve body and a needle portion extending form the piston portion into the chamber of the nozzle body. The dispenser further includes a heater block for heating the nozzle body. The heater block defines a liquid passage for transporting liquid from the liquid supply to the dispenser, a first surface of the heater block directly contacts the nozzle body, and the entirety of the central valve body is spaced from the heater block.
System, method, and apparatus for hot melt adhesive application
A hot melt adhesive applicator with one or more air outlets configured to direct a pressurized heated air stream transversely toward hot melt adhesive discharged through a discharge port of the applicator. A controller can switch between two modes, a discharge completion mode where the heated air stream pressure is temporarily increased to automatically eliminate or reduce hot melt adhesive stringing and an application mode where the heated air stream assists in heating or maintaining the hot melt adhesive at or above melt temperature.
SUBSTRATE LIQUID PROCESSING APPARATUS
A substrate liquid processing apparatus configured to perform a heating control over a processing liquid on a substrate with high accuracy in a unit of zones is provided. The substrate liquid processing apparatus includes a substrate holder configured to hold the substrate; a processing liquid supply configured to supply the processing liquid onto a processing surface of the substrate; and a heating unit configured to heat the processing liquid on the processing surface. The heating unit includes a heater, and a first sheet-shaped body and a second sheet-shaped body which are disposed to face the heater therebetween. The heater includes multiple heating elements provided in multiple heating zones of the heating unit.
HEATED SEAM PUMP
A system for applying adhesive to wrapping material for smoking articles includes a housing configured to receive the adhesive from an adhesive holding component. The housing comprises an adhesive conduit in fluid communication with the adhesive holding component, the adhesive conduit configured to receive the adhesive from the adhesive holding component. A heater aperture extends at least partially through the housing, the heater aperture positioned adjacent to the adhesive conduit. The system further includes a pump coupled to the housing, the pump in fluid communication with the adhesive conduit and configured to apply the adhesive to the wrapping material. A heater is sized and configured to fit within the heater aperture. The heater is configured to heat the adhesive in the adhesive conduit to a target adhesive temperature that is greater than a normal operating temperature of the pump.
Electrode coating apparatus
The present invention relates to an electrode coating apparatus that is capable of adjusting a temperature of electrode slurry. Also, the electrode coating apparatus for applying electrode slurry to an electrode collector includes a storage part storing the electrode slurry, a discharge part discharging the electrode slurry stored in the storage part to the electrode collector, and a heating part heating the discharge part.
Liquid adhesive dispensing system
A dispenser for dispensing a liquid onto a substrate is disclosed. The dispenser includes a liquid supply and a dispenser module. The dispenser module includes a nozzle body having an inlet, an outlet, and a chamber for receiving the liquid. The dispenser module also includes a central valve body attached to the nozzle body that defines a piston chamber and a valve member having a piston portion disposed within the piston chamber of the central valve body and a needle portion extending form the piston portion into the chamber of the nozzle body. The dispenser further includes a heater block for heating the nozzle body. The heater block defines a liquid passage for transporting liquid from the liquid supply to the dispenser, a first surface of the heater block directly contacts the nozzle body, and the entirety of the central valve body is spaced from the heater block.
DISPENSING SYSTEM
A dispensing system for jetting a material onto a substrate is disclosed. The dispensing system includes a plate defining a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface in a first direction, and at least one slot that extends through the plate from the first surface to the second surface, and an actuator assembly that contains a piezoelectric element and is operatively coupled to the needle. The dispensing system also includes at least one fastener that extends through the actuator assembly and the at least one slot, where the at least one fastener is configured to selectively engage the plate such that 1) in a disengaged configuration, the at least one fastener is movable within the slot and the actuator assembly is movable relative to the plate, and 2) in an engaged configuration, the at least one fastener is not movable within the slot and the actuator assembly is not movable relative to the plate such that a stroke length of the needle is adjusted.
System, machine and method for treating threads or parts thereof
A system, a method and a machine for treating threads or parts thereof, the machine having one or more cartridges each configured for containing thread treatment-material therein; one or more injectors, each injector being configured for applying treatment-material from its respective cartridge over a passing portion of the thread; drive means for operating the one or more injectors; and a communication and control unit for receiving treatment plan data indicative of at least one machine readable treatment related parameter associated with at least one treatment effect for each thread portion to be treated for controlling the treatment effect of each passing thread portion, according to the received treatment plan data. A designated application of the system may be used having a unique user interface allowing creating treatment plans.

The present invention comprises: a separable material injection part for injecting a material therein; a mixing part for mixing the material injected in the material injection part; an aging part for aging, at a high temperature, the material mixed in the mixing part; and a firing part for supporting, on a support, the material aged in the aging part.
