Coating device
The present disclosure provides a coating device including a first storage tank for storing a material to be coated, a needle cannula to which the first storage tank is connected by means of a corresponding first line, a gas output device for outputting a first pressurized gas from a gas source, including a first gas output line extending into the first storage tank, wherein the gas output device is capable of outputting the first pressurized gas to the first storage tank through the first gas output line such that the material to be coated stored in the first storage tank is discharged under a gas pressure and enters the needle cannula through the first line.
Fluid pressure-feed device
A fluid pressure-feed device includes a main tank and a sub tank. The sub tank is connected integrally with an upper portion of a main follower plate that applies pressurizing force to a urethane adhesive inside the main tank. A drum pump is provided in an upper portion of a sub follower plate provided in the sub tank. While the urethane adhesive is flowing into the sub tank from the main tank, the urethane adhesive is fed under pressure from the sub tank to a fluid passage by actuation of the drum pump. While the main tank is being replaced, the urethane adhesive inside the sub tank is fed under pressure to the fluid passage by the drum pump.
SEALING ADAPTER FOR DISPOSABLE PRIMING TIP OF AUTOMATED GLASS PRIMING DEVICE
A system for automatically dispensing a fluid from a deformable container onto a panel includes a primer head having a container receiver and a container deformer, the container receiver receiving and holding a container of primer thereat. An adapter is received into an opening of the container and is secured to a portion of the primer head, and the container is retained at the container receiver of the primer head. A primer tip is disposed at the adapter. With the container held at the container receiver and retained at the primer head, the primer head moves to position the primer tip at the panel. When the primer tip is positioned at the panel, the container deformer automatically operates to deform the container to cause a predetermined amount of primer to be dispensed from the container, through the adapter and to the primer tip and onto the panel.
Agitator lid suitable for different paint pot openings
An agitator lid suitable for different paint pot openings includes a paint outlet mechanism for controlling paint pouring, and at least two compression mechanisms compressing a paint pot with the agitator lid, each compression mechanism involving: a through-hole provided on the agitator lid, a compression rod passing through the through-hole, a sealing sleeve sheathed on the outside of the compression rod, an up-turned edge of the sealing sleeve pressing on the agitator lid, the periphery of the compression rod between the up-turned edge of the sealing sleeve and a handle on an upper end of the compression rod being sheathed with a compression spring, a lower end of the compression rod being a presser foot, a face of the presser foot being a fan ring shape, a vertical face being provided on a connecting line between two arc-shaped lines along the fan ring shape.
Full-size mask assembly and manufacturing method thereof
Disclosed herein is a full-size mask assembly and a manufacturing method thereof. The full-size mask assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a frame having a frame opening formed therein and a support surrounding the frame opening, a structural auxiliary mask supported by the support and having a plurality of shafts in a grid shape to form a plurality of structural auxiliary mask openings, and a plurality of cell unit masks supported by the structural auxiliary mask and each of which has a deposition pattern portion through which a deposition material passes.
System and method for coating a body
At least a part of at least one body is coated. At least one processor determines a respective resulting coating layer based on simulating moving the respective body at least partially through a coating fluid of a dipping bath along different trajectories. The at least one processor determines a first trajectory out of the different simulated trajectories fulfilling one or more pre-defined conditions and causes at least one drive component for moving the respective body to move the respective body at least partially through the coating fluid of the dipping bath along the first trajectory.
