The roller sleeve is configured for use in applying the paint to the non-Euclidean application surface. Specifically: 1) a roller sleeve presenting a concave face is intended to apply paint upon a convex non-Euclidean application surface; while, 2) the roller sleeve presenting a convex face is intended to apply paint upon a concave non-Euclidean application surface.

In one embodiment, the hand tool may be a hand rake that includes a rake body having a proximal end and an opposite distal end and including a handle portion and a rake portion. The handle portion may extend from the proximal end of the rake body and include a finger opening configured to receive a user's fingers therethrough. The rake portion may extend from the distal end of the rake body to the handle portion and include a plurality of tines. A hand guard may be attached to the rake body and positioned over a top surface of the handle portion and may include a plurality of walls defining an interior space configured to receive the user's hand therein. In other embodiments, the hand tool may be a grabber or a paint roller.

The paint roller cover comprises a foam having a surface extending between a first edge and a second edge and a groove on the surface wherein a portion of the groove is positioned at an angle relative to an edge of the foam and has a groove depth of 1 to 15 millimeters and an average cell size in the range of about 0.03 to about 0.5 cm, wherein the average cell size of the foam is within 25% of the average domain size in the multicolor paint.

The tool allows the substance to be applied effectively to the flange parts of the rail that is to be protected.

The spray hood is a thin-walled, dome-like structure to which the first edger, the second edger, the first roller assembly, and the second roller assembly are attached. The first edger and the second edger enclose the sides of the spray hood, and provide non-abrasive surfaces for applying paint to a desired surface. A first paint roller from the first roller assembly and a second paint roller from the second roller assembly are positioned at opposite ends of the spray hood, wherein the first paint roller and the second paint roller enclose the front and back of the spray hood.

Modular spray roller system

A spray roller system for application of architectural paints coating, includes an extension tube, a spray head mounted on a distal end of the extension tube, and the in-line valve with a trigger mounted on a proximal end of the extension tube, and a roller handle removable mounted on the extension tube adjacent the spray head. The spray roller system can spray and back roll a coating on a down stroke and roll on each up stroke. When the roller handle is removed from the extension tube, it can be used to hand roll sensitive wall areas. With the roller handle removed, extension tube, spray head, and in-line valve can be used as a spray extension to apply coatings in hard to reach areas.
