FRAME ASSEMBLY FOR SURFACE MOUNT TECHNOLOGY STENCIL
A framed stencil for surface mount technology (SMT) is provided. The frame assembly includes a frame member and a binding insert. The frame member includes an inner perimeter portion and an outer perimeter portion that cooperates with the inner perimeter portion to define an elongated channel. The outer perimeter portion includes a first cantilever portion that extends over the elongated channel and towards the inner perimeter portion. The binding insert is configured for releasable insertion into the elongated channel. The binding insert includes a base and a tongue. The base configured to interface with a mesh substrate to facilitate coupling therebetween. The tongue is coupled to the base and extends substantially horizontally from the base. When the binding insert is inserted into the elongated channel, the tongue extending beneath the first cantilever portion to facilitate retention of the binding insert to the frame member. Methods are also provided.
Templates and methods for controlling application of materials around protuberances
A method of applying material to a workpiece around a protuberance, extending from the workpiece, comprises advancing a template toward the workpiece to insert the protuberance into a positioning opening, located in a first portion of the template, until a first-portion workpiece-facing surface of the first portion is in contact with the workpiece. The method also comprises removably attaching at least a portion of a second-portion workpiece-facing surface of a second portion of the template to the workpiece. The method further comprises separating the first portion of the template from the second portion along the boundary while at least the portion of the second-portion workpiece-facing surface remains attached to the workpiece, applying the material to the workpiece around the protuberance such that the material overlaps the second-portion inner peripheral edge, and detaching the second portion of the template from the workpiece.

End deflectors for printing blades
Deflector units for use with a printing blade in printing a print medium through a printing screen, which are self-adjustable in a vertical direction for controlling production of rolls of print medium.
MASK FRAME ASSEMBLY FOR DEPOSITING THIN FILM
A mask frame assembly includes: a mask frame; at least one mask sheet arranged on the mask frame; a plurality of first support sticks extending in a first direction; and a plurality of second support sticks extending in a second direction, wherein a mask frame transformation index is within a range from about 1000 to about +1000 based on mask frame transformation index= (tensile force of first support sticks/tensile rate of first support sticks) (tensile force of second support sticks/tensile rate of second support sticks), where tensile force of respective first or second support stick is given by thickness (T)width (W)elastic coefficient (E)tensile rate (/L.sub.0), is a transformed amount (L.sub.fL.sub.0) corresponding to tension, L.sub.0 is an initial length of respective first or second support stick, and L.sub.f is a final length of respective first or second support stick.
MASK FRAME ASSEMBLY WITH ALIGNMENT MARKS IN BOTH FRAME AND MASK PLATE, AND EVAPORATION APPARATUS
A mask frame assembly with alignment marks in both a frame and a mask plate and an evaporation apparatus are disclosed. The mask frame assembly comprises a frame and a mask plate fixed on the frame. The mask frame assembly is provided with alignment marks, which comprise a first alignment hole arranged in the frame and a second alignment hole arranged in the mask plate. The first alignment hole is a through hole. The mask frame assembly effectively solves a problem in which liquid residuals in alignment holes of the frame interfere with alignment.

HIGH DEFINITION STENCIL
A stencil for use in stenciling complex symbols incorporates a stencil substrate employing a flexible material, having a plurality of symbols arranged thereon. A plurality of folding stiffeners are incorporated in the substrate, each stiffener being positioned to split symbols having stencil cutouts forming isolated elements within an interior of the symbol. The stiffeners are foldable about a vertex, to collapse into a raised position and bring together the split symbol, with the stiffeners supporting the isolated elements created by the cutouts and portions of the stencil cutouts forming the symbols that extend into coincident channels in the folding stiffeners, to bridge adjoining portions of said split characters.
Marking paint applicator for use with portable utility locator
A marking paint applicator for a portable electronic locator that locates buried cables and pipes via electromagnetic emissions is disclosed. The marking paint application may include an elongated support structure and a trigger mechanism, along with a bracket assembly, a receptacle for holding paint, and an actuating mechanism for selectively controlling release of the paint in response to operator actuation of the trigger mechanism.
