Adhesive dispensing system with convertible nozzle assemblies
An adhesive dispensing system for applying liquid adhesive to a substrate using different nozzles with the same manifold is disclosed. The adhesive dispensing system includes a manifold having a body, a first clamp configured to engage the body of the manifold, a second clamp configured to engage the body of the manifold, and a nozzle. The first and second clamps secure the nozzle to the body of the manifold. The body of the manifold has a first contact surface that engages the first clamp and a second contact surface that engages the second clamp and the nozzle, where the second contact surface is angularly offset from the first contact surface.
Dusting powder sprinkling apparatus
A dusting powder sprinkling apparatus comprises a frame body, a hinge, a hook, and a toggle latch. The frame body presses the entire circumference of a mesh body, excluding the portion provided with through-holes, along the outer peripheral surface side of the mesh body to fix the mesh body to the hopper. The hinge rotatably fixes a first frame side extending along the rotation axis direction of the brush to the outlet of the hopper. The hook is fixed to a second frame side extending along the rotation axis direction of a brush in the frame body. A tip portion of the hook projects from the outer periphery of the frame body. The toggle latch is fixed to the outlet of the hopper facing the hook and is capable of engaging with the tip of the hook.
Conveying device for the conveying of coating powder, powder center with the conveying device, and method for the cleaning of the powder center
A conveying device is provided for the conveying of coating powder and includes a powder reservoir container that includes, on the bottom, a powder outlet channel. The powder outlet channel is connected to a first powder conveyor for conveying powder out of the powder reservoir container back to a powder storage container. Moreover, a second powder conveyor is provided for conveying powder out of the powder reservoir container to a powder applicator.
Dispenser for binary viscous fluids with aggregate
Apparatus for blending and applying plural substances including aggregate onto an environmental substrate is shown and described. The apparatus includes optionally a single power plant, plural pumps each fed by a respective hopper, and a blender blending pumped materials together. Dispensing ratios of the two pumps are mutually adjustable. An onboard air compressor delivers compressed air for atomizing blended materials as they are dispensed with the aggregate. Because materials may be curable or hardenable, flushing is enabled. The apparatus may be a free standing wheeled device.
MEMBER, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING APPARATUS
A member includes a base material structure and a surface layer on the base material structure. The surface layer includes a particle that includes YOF. The base material structure includes interface layers in contact with the surface layer. The interface layers of the base material structure include fluorine.
SQUEEGEE AND POWDER COATING APPARATUS
A squeegee is to be relatively moved in a certain direction while a desired gap is being formed with respect to a base material to uniformly level a thickness of a powder layer including powder supplied on the base material, and includes: a first portion that vibrates in contact with the powder on an upstream side of a relative movement direction of the base material with respect to the squeegee; and a second portion that vibrates in contact with the powder on a downstream side of the relative movement direction of the base material with respect to the squeegee, a vibration direction of the first portion being different from a vibration direction of the second portion.
THERMAL SPRAY NOZZLE AND PLASMA THERMAL SPRAY DEVICE
A plasma thermal spray device includes a nozzle body (41) having a main flow passage (48) that has a plasma flame (37) formed therein in a direction toward a downstream side from an upstream end (41A) disposed on one side in an axis direction, and extending along an axis (Ax); a powder introduction port (43) that is provided in a portion of the nozzle body (41) located the downstream side from the upstream end (41A) and introduces thermal spray powder (36) from a radially outer side to the plasma flame (37); and a fluid introduction port (45) that is provided at a position closer to the downstream side than a formation position of the powder introduction port (43) in the nozzle body (41) and introduces a working fluid into the main flow passage (48) from the radially outer side of the nozzle body (41).
Particulate-incorporating attachment for a drop spreader
A particulate-incorporating attachment for a drop spreader is provided that includes a two-portion mount bracket, an implement holder, and a rake/brush and optionally includes wheels. The bracket portions are connected to form a mount bracket over the rest brace of the drop spreader. The mount bracket mounts the implement holder, which supports the rake/brush in a suitable position to assist in the incorporation of infill material into the space between the grass tufts of synthetic turf or to assist in the incorporation of other dropped particulates into synthetic or natural turf or onto the ground.
Powder resin coating device and powder resin coating method
A powder resin coating device and method that can make the powder surface of powder resin within a powder fluidizing bed flat without spattering. The powder resin coating device includes: a powder fluidizing bed storing powder resin; a vibration mechanism connected to a bottom surface of the powder fluidizing bed; and a support member connecting the powder fluidizing bed and a fixing surface. The vibration mechanism includes: a vibration unit, and a connection mechanism connecting the vibration unit and bottom surface of the powder fluidizing bed. The support member elastically supports the powder fluidizing bed to the fixing surface and is mounted more inwards in a radial direction than an edge part of the powder fluidizing bed. The vibration unit is connected to the bottom surface via the connection mechanism so that a vibration motor rotations shaft is substantially coaxial with an axis of the powder fluidizing bed.
