Provided is a mask manufacturing method which includes preparing a mask sheet and a frame, stretching the mask sheet, and fixing the stretched mask sheet to the frame, and forming cell openings in the mask sheet fixed to the frame.
Film for masking aircraft components and method of positioning same
The invention solves the problem of protecting aircraft components during finishing. Such components are large and require masking films of vast dimensions which are difficult to handle and position rapidly. The invention relates to films packaged to facilitate transport, and to a method of positioning the packaged films on the corresponding components. The longitudinal and/or transverse portions of the films are packaged by means of at least one opération chosen from among: accordion folding, telescopic folding, gâte folding, roll folding, winding around a mandrel, and winding on itself. The packaged films can have positioning markers on at least one surface and/or tear lines suitable for detaching the portions of film to be separated. The invention also concerns a kit comprising a film and a guide element for guiding the positioning of the film on the component.

A method of manufacturing a metal mask includes calendering a metal material, so as to form a metal mask substrate, where the metal mask substrate includes a surface and a plurality of grooves formed in the surface, and the grooves all extend in a direction. The surface has at least one sampling region, while at least two grooves are distributed in the sampling region, where an average area ratio of the area of the grooves within the sampling region to the area of the sampling region ranges between 45% and 68%.
Single-pass process for forming a multilayered shaped film product
A process includes placing a mask over a substrate; delivering liquid film-forming compositions through the mask to the substrate; removing the mask to leave a multilayered raw shape on the substrate; and curing the multilayered raw shape to form the multilayered shaped film product disposed on the substrate. The mask has a delivery surface, an opposite surface and at least one aperture having a design corresponding to the desired shaped film product. The film-forming compositions are delivered through a multistream nozzle. The movement of the mask and the delivery of the first and second liquid film-forming compositions to the mask aperture are controlled to provide a volumetric flow rate of the first and second liquid film-forming compositions to the mask aperture corresponding to the volume of a void. The nozzle is in contact with the delivery surface of the mask.
Polylactide/silicon-containing block copolymers for nanolithography
The present invention includes a diblock copolymer system that self-assembles at very low molecular weights to form very small features. In one embodiment, one polymer in the block copolymer contains silicon, and the other polymer is a polylactide. In one embodiment, the block copolymer is synthesized by a combination of anionic and ring opening polymerization reactions. In one embodiment, the purpose of this block copolymer is to form nanoporous materials that can be used as etch masks in lithographic patterning.

A deposition mask apparatus including a frame, a supporter including a plurality of supporting members fixed to the frame, and a deposition mask fixed to the frame is provided. The plurality of supporting members include at least a first supporting member that is closest to an intermediate position between a third portion and a fourth portion of the frame and a second supporting member that is located closer to the third portion of the frame than the first supporting member. The first supporting member in a state of warping downward from the frame with a first warping amount supports the deposition mask from below. The second supporting member in a state of warping downward from the frame with a second warping amount that is smaller than the first warping amount supports the deposition mask from below.
