Method of making nanoparticle colloid and nanoporous layer
This application features a method of forming a nanoporous layer. The method includes steps of dispensing on a substrate a colloid composition comprising a liquid and a number of nanoparticle clusters, and subjecting the dispensed colloid composition to drying to form the nanoporous layer over the substrate. The nanoporous layer includes nanoparticles deposited to form a three dimensional network of irregularly shaped bodies. The nanoporous layer also includes a three dimensional network of irregularly shaped spaces that are not occupied by the three dimensional network of irregularly shaped bodies.

Apparatus and method for the drying/curing of chemical products
An apparatus for matting a coating applied on mainly flat panels includes a cleaning workstation and an excimer treatment workstation where the panels are conveyed by a belt conveyor having an upper outward section and a lower return section. In the cleaning workstation, the upper outward section of the belt conveyor has a V-shaped path, which is formed by two rollers in contact with the plane of advancement of the panel, and a roller in lower position, and which is bridged by advancing rollers, among which gaseous nitrogen is supplied that brushes all sides of the panel. In the treatment workstation, the upper outward section of the belt has a V-shaped path, where the panel is irradiated by an excimer emitter, and which is formed by two rollers in contact with the plane of advancement of the panel, and a roller in lower position, and is bridged by advancing rollers.
FAN BLADE AND FABRICATING METHOD THEREOF
A fan blade and a fabricating method thereof are provided. The fan blade includes a rough coating layer on a surface thereof. The rough coating layer includes a plurality of recessed regions. A maximum depth of recess of the recessed regions is between 50 μm to 130 μm.
DECORATED PANEL, METHOD FOR ITS PRODUCTION AND SYSTEM FOR CARRYING OUT THIS METHOD
The present invention refers to a decorated panel composed as follows: a substrate; a decorative layer applied to at least part of the substrate; a photo-crosslinkable formulation applied directly or indirectly on a part of the substrate and/or on the decorative layer, that is, with the interposition of further layers of intermediate material on at least a part of the substrate and in one or more layers, containing at least one photo-crosslinkable resin; at least one thermoplastic resin; at least one polymerization initiator including but not limited to UV photoinitiators, organic peroxides, Electron Beam.
