Thin, lightweight marine traction surfacing
The disclosure concerns a thin light weight essentially water impervious UV resistant non-abrasive traction imparting surfacing material for marine applications adhered to a solid non-elastomeric structural surface and a process for production of it. The surfacing material is a between about 2 and 4 mm thick flexible cured layer of a trowelable adhesive sealant into which were deeply embedded sufficient elastomeric granules with a maximum dimension between about 0.5 and 4 mm to cover the surface of the adhesive sealant layer before it cured. It is prepared by applying an evenly distributed layer of the adhesive sealant onto the structural surface with a trowel or similar means. Then elastomeric granules with a maximum dimension between about 0.5 and 4 mm are distributed on said layer to essentially cover the surface and then deeply embedded into the adhesive sealant layer. A rolling pin may be used to embed the granules.

LOW-GLOSS CURED PRODUCT HAVING EXCELLENT STAIN RESISTANCE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a cured product having excellent stain resistance and low gloss, a method of manufacturing the same, and an interior material including the cured product. The cured product according to the present invention includes, along with an acrylic oligomer, an oligomer having a functional group containing silicon (Si) and an oligomer having a functional group containing fluorine (F), and thus, has excellent stain resistance and can implement a micro-folded structure on a surface thereof through extreme ultraviolet rays to be used during curing, thereby being capable of realizing low gloss without a matting agent.
COATING FILM, AUTOMOBILE, AND COATING METHOD
A coating film is provided on the surface of a car body of an automobile and includes a plurality of protruding portions extending along the car body in a direction intersecting the length direction of the car body.
SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING INTEGRATED ROOF SYSTEM WITH ENGINEERED WOOD
A method to manufacture, on one or more production or manufacturing lines, an integrated roofing product, such as a roofing panel or roofing plank. A blank panel of engineered wood is cut or sawn into a plurality of raw planks or raw panels, each with an outer face, an inner face, a top edge, and a bottom edge. Each raw plank or panel is then processed by cutting or routing a profile into the top edge, the bottom edge, or both; affixing a gasket seal to the profile in the top edge or the bottom edge, or both; coating at least some or all of the outer face with a silicone-based or silicone-containing coating; applying a mix of granules and/or sand to the silicone-based coating while wet; and curing the coated plank or panel. A plurality of panels or planks can then be installed on a roofing structure.
CONCRETE SURFACE TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD
A system and method treating a horizontal surface of uncured concrete. The surface treatment system comprises a boom mounted to a vehicle body and an implement mounted to a mounting plated disposed at the working end of the boom. The implement comprises a texturing brush configured to engage a horizontal surface of the uncured concrete to apply a texture pattern thereto. The implement also comprises a first and second spray bars. The first spray bar is configured to apply a first chemical to the bristles of the texturing brush when in an engaged position. The second spray bar is configured to concurrently apply a second chemical to the textured surface of uncured concrete while the texturing brush is applying the texture pattern to the horizontal surface of the uncured concrete.

CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL, DECORATIVE MEMBER, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DECORATIVE MEMBER
A construction material includes a base material. The base material includes a low-gloss region having a 60° gloss value of smaller than and a high-gloss region having a 60° gloss value of larger than or equal to 8. The 60° gloss value of the low-gloss region and the 60° gloss value of the high-gloss region are different from each other by 5 or greater.
