Method of forming multiple coating on dry plating member and molded article manufactured using the same
Disclosed are methods of forming a multiple coating on a dry plating member and a molded article manufactured using the same. The method may include applying a color coating agent onto a surface of a plating layer of a plating member and then drying the applied color coating agent to form a color coating layer, and applying a clear coating agent onto a surface of the color coating layer and curing the applied clear coating agent to form a clear layer, wherein the plating member includes a substrate, an undercoat layer formed on a surface of at least a part of the substrate, and a plating layer formed on a surface of the undercoat layer.
SYRINGE WITH PECVD LUBRICATION
A syringe or other vessel having a substrate surface coated by PECVD is provided. The PECVD coating is made by generating plasma from a gaseous reactant comprising an organosilicon precursor and optionally O.sub.2. The lubricity, hydrophobicity and/or barrier properties of the coating are set by setting the ratio of the O.sub.2 to the organosilicon precursor in the gaseous reactant, and/or by setting the electric power used for generating the plasma. In particular, a lubricity coating made by said method is provided. Vessels coated by said method and the use of such vessels protecting a compound or composition contained or received in said coated vessel against mechanical and/or chemical effects of the surface of the uncoated vessel material are also provided.

Copper mold for gloves
Methods and processes are described that enable the manufacture of a superior thin-walled mold from which higher-quality, less-costly disposable gloves can be more efficiently produced. The method can include creating a glove form in a sacrificial material; electroforming an electroformed master from the glove form; removing sacrificial material from the electroformed master; creating a tertiary form from the electroformed master; forming an initial copper layering on the tertiary form; and developing the initial copper layering into a thick copper plating to create a copper mold for gloves.

METHOD TO CREATE CARBON NANOTUBE HEATERS WITH VARYING RESISTANCE
A method for creating a carbon nanotube heater assembly includes creating a carbon nanotube heater with varying resistances and attaching the carbon nanotube heater to both carrier and encapsulating materials. Creating the carbon nanotube heater with varying resistances is accomplished by applying a carbon nanotube mixture to a substrate, adjusting the thickness or width of the carbon nanotube mixture, and drying the nanotube mixture.
