SPRAY GUN ALIGNMENT FOR PRECISION APPLICATION OF CONTAINER COATINGS
A spray gun alignment system precisely aligns a spray gun of a container spray machine for precision application of container coatings. The spray gun alignment system generates a spray gun alignment jig including a container holder adapter and a spray gun adapter. The container holder adapter is inserted into a container holder of the spray machine, and the spray gun adapter is fastened to the spray gun. The spray gun alignment jig is configured to position the spray gun in proper alignment with respect to the container holder.
Air Barrier Material Application Systems And Methods
A post-cure inflation machine for processing a tire may include a tire holder shaft. The tire holder shaft may include a chuck to secure the tire to the tire holder shaft. A hollow passage may be defined in the tire holder shaft. A spray nozzle may be connected to a spray shaft that is telescopically disposed in the hollow passage of the tire holder shaft. The spray nozzle may extend to spray an air barrier material onto the tire.

E-vaping device cartridge with super absorbent polymer
A cartridge for an e-vaping device includes a reservoir configured to hold pre-vapor formulation, a vaporizer assembly configured to draw at least some of the pre-vapor formulation from the reservoir and vaporize the drawn pre-vapor formulation to form a vapor, and a superabsorbent polymer configured to absorb free water from pre-vapor formulation held in the reservoir. The superabsorbent polymer includes a cross-linked polyacrylate copolymer that is substantially inert to the pre-vapor formulation. The superabsorbent polymer may be included in a layer on one or more surfaces in the cartridge. The layer may include the superabsorbent polymer and a binder. The superabsorbent polymer may be included with the pre-vapor formulation in a formulation mixture. The superabsorbent polymer may be included in an interior of at least one element comprising the cartridge. The superabsorbent polymer may be included in a separate compartment in the reservoir.
APPLYING CORROSION INHIBITOR WITHIN TUBULARS
A central tubular defines a central flow passage and spray nozzles along an outer circumference of the central tubular. A first brush pig supports a first end of the central tubular. A second brush pig supports a second end of the tubular. An inflatable balloon is at the second end of the tubular. The inflatable balloon is encircled by the second brush pig. The inflatable balloon is configured to cause a first pressure drop across the balloon when in an inflated state and cause a second pressure drop, less than the first pressure drop, across the balloon when in a deflated state. A flow control system is at the first end of the tubular and is configured to regulate fluid exchange with the tubular and fluid exchange with the inflatable balloon.
Method for coating the visible surfaces of motor vehicle wheel rims
In a method for coating motor vehicle wheel rims, a polymer priming layer, a polymer intermediate layer, a decorative layer of a heat-cured polymer layer with embedded flake-like metal pigments covering the visible surface of the decorative layer, and a polymer cover layer are consecutively applied to the wheel rim metal surface. The coated wheel rims achieve a polished metal appearance by producing the polymer intermediate layer with a high-gloss surface and applying the decorative layer to the high-gloss surface of the polymer intermediate layer in the wet spraying method with a layer thickness of max. 2 μm, where it is dried at ambient temperature and, before applying the polymer cover layer, it is fixed to the polymer intermediate layer via a thermal post-treatment so that it adheres to the surface thereof with a cross-cut pull-off strength of Gt=0 to Gt=2.
GROUTING MATERIAL DELIVERY AND APPLICATION SYSTEM
A grouting material delivery and application system for coating the exterior of a collapsed liner with an even distribution of grouting material prior to insertion into a damaged conduit. The apparatus includes a wetout funnel for receiving grouting material to evenly coat the exterior of the liner. The wetout funnel includes opposite walls forming a v-shape with a slot at the bottom of the v-shape and a squeegee disposed at the slot for controlling the coating of grouting material for a uniform covering on the liner as it passes through the wetout funnel. A first ejector pipe having an inflow end and an outflow end for receiving and dispensing grouting material to coat one half of the exterior of the liner. A second ejector pipe having an inflow end and an outflow end for receiving and dispensing grouting material to coat the opposite half of the exterior of the liner.
CORROSION LAMINATE SYSTEM
The present invention describes a corrosion laminate system and a nozzle for use with the CLS. CLS involves cleaning the PW storage tank through debris removal, wet blasting the tank, and drying the tank. The nozzle is inserted and sealed, leaving only the fiberglass portion of the nozzle in contact with the interior of the PW storage tank. The product for sealing the PW storage tank is then applied to the entire interior surface of the tank, the product is cured, and the PW storage tank can be used for storage.
Coating compositions for packaging articles such as food and beverage containers
A method of forming a coating on a food or beverage container, which includes spraying a coating composition onto an interior surface of the food or beverage container, where the coating composition includes an emulsion-polymerized latex copolymer having copolymer chains of one or more mono-unsaturated monomers that are cross-linked with one or more multi-unsaturated monomers. The method also includes heating the sprayed coating composition to cure the coating composition, thereby providing the coating on the interior surface of the food or beverage container.
MASKING MEMBER, AND METHOD FOR COATING PIPE INNER CIRCUMFERENTIAL SURFACE USING SAME
A masking member used to coat a pipe inner circumferential surface of a vent stringer, wherein the masking member comprises: a sponge for blocking a pipe internal space of the vent stringer, the sponge having an outer circumferential surface capable of contacting the pipe inner circumferential surface; and a support member for supporting the sponge.
