Laminated film and method for producing same
The present invention provides a laminated film comprising a polyester film having a resin layer on at least one side thereof, wherein said resin layer contains at least metal oxide particles (A) having a number average particle diameter of 3 nm or more and 50 nm or less, and an acrylic resin (B), and a component (C.sub.1) derived from an oxazoline-based compound and/or a component (C.sub.2) derived from a melamine-based compound, and wherein said acrylic resin (B) contains a monomer unit (b.sub.1), a monomer unit (b.sub.2) and a monomer unit (b.sub.3). The present invention provides a laminated film which is excellent in transparency, suppression of interference pattern upon lamination of a high refractive index hard coat layer, adhesive property to a high refractive index hard coat layer, and adhesion under high temperature and high humidity conditions (adhesion under high temperature and high humidity conditions), at a low cost.
Apparatus, device and process for coating of articles
An apparatus for coating at least a first plurality of articles each article thereof having at least a first surface to be coated is disclosed. The apparatus includes an emission source for directing emission elements towards the first surfaces of the plurality of articles, at least one support member for supporting the first plurality of articles, wherein support member supports the first plurality of articles such that the first surface is exposed to the path of emission from said emission source, and a drive assembly for moving the support member such that the first plurality of articles is moveable with respect to the path of emission from said emission source.
UV hardening composition having improved light resistance, three dimensional film and method for manufacturing the same
Disclosed are a UV hardening composition having improved light resistance, a three dimensional film, and a method for manufacturing the three dimensional film. Particularly, the UV hardening composition having improved light resistance may be used in interior materials and the like for a vehicle which generally are substantially exposed to UV rays. In addition, the UV hardening composition may also be used for indoor electronic products. The UV hardening composition according to the present invention includes a urethane acrylate resin, a polyester acrylate resin, a UV absorber, a hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS), an antioxidant and the like. Further, the three dimensional film including the UV hardening composition may be advantageous due to the improvement in the carbon pattern three dimensional effect formed in the three dimensional film. Therefore, a comparable price and reduced weight of the three dimensional film for a vehicle interior material are available while maintaining the quality equivalent to a film to which an actual carbon fabric is used.
Method of 3D printing plastic molding compound on foil ply
A method for producing a molded body having the following steps: a) providing a foil ply; b) applying a plastic molding compound in a predefined three-dimensional shape onto the foil ply by means of a three-dimensional printing method.
Regeneration of antimicrobial coatings containing metal derivatives upon exposure to vapor-phase hydrogen peroxide
A regenerable antimicrobial coating with long-lasting efficacy for use in medical applications including implants, medical instruments or devices, and hospital equipment is disclosed. The regenerable antimicrobial coating is derived from a polymer doped with a metal derivative which has been exposed to vapor-phase hydrogen peroxide, wherein hydrogen peroxide is sequestered in or on the doped polymer.
All Solution-Process and Product for Transparent Conducting Film
An all solution-processed deposition includes a non-water soluble, non-self-cracking film deposited by a solution process (e.g., spray, dip, spin coat, and the like), a water soluble, self-cracking film deposited by a solution process (e.g., spray, dip, spin coat, and the like), cracking of the film, and filling the cracks with a metal that is deposited in solution (e.g., by electroless disposition). A transparent substrate having a cracked water insoluble, non-self-cracking film surface coating includes a plurality of fissures therein extending to and exposing portions of the surface of the underlying transparent substrate is useful for producing a transparent conducting film.
TRIBOELECTRIC ENERGY GENERATION METHODS AND ARTICLES
Described herein are triboelectric energy generators that generally include a first flexible layer having a first electron donating material coated on at least a first surface and an electron accepting material coated over the first electron donating material, and a second flexible layer having a second electron donating material coated on at least a first surface. The first and second layers are positioned adjacent each other with their first surfaces facing inward toward each other and separated by a gap distance. An electric potential is generated upon movement between the first and second flexible layers, such as at least alternating contact and no-contact between the first and second flexible layers. The electron donating material may be provided by a particle-free conductive ink.
