An in-situ flash evaporation film forming apparatus for a perovskite solar cell includes a platform; a substrate disposed on the platform and configured to form a film layer; and a cavity cover movably disposed up and down on the platform, and being able to enclose the substrate into a closed cavity surrounded by the cavity cover and the platform, a vacuum pipe being disposed on the cavity cover and being able to communicate the closed cavity with a vacuum pump.

Method of Selective Deposition of Small Molecules on Metal Surfaces

A method of selective deposition that includes disposing in a deposition chamber a patterned substrate of side-by-side areas of metal and dielectric. The deposition chamber is connected to a bubbler that contains an N-heterocyclic carbenes (NHC) precursor. By heating the bubbler, gaseous free NHC is generated which is pulsed into the deposition chamber, where the NHC selectively chemisorbs onto the metal surface. Annealing after deposition of NHC improves surface patterning by removing stray metal from the dielectric section.

Structure Protection Sheet, Execution Method and Precast Member Using Structure Protection Sheet, and Method for Manufacturing Precast Member

The present invention provides structure protection sheets which can not only dramatically reduce a construction period to place protective layers on surfaces of structures such as concrete but also protect structures for a long time. The present invention relates to a structure protection sheet, including: a polymer cement layer on a side facing a structure; and a resin layer on the polymer cement layer, the structure protection sheet having a thickness distribution of not more than ±100 μm.

MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TITANIUM DIOXIDE SOLUTION AND TITANIUM DIOXIDE FILM

The present disclosure provides a manufacturing method of a titanium dioxide solution and a titanium dioxide film. The manufacturing method of the titanium dioxide solution includes: mixing choline chloride, urea, boric acid, and titanium tetrachloride to form a first solution, wherein a molar concentration ratio of choline chloride to urea is 1:2, a molar concentration of titanium tetrachloride is 0.2 M to 0.4 M, and weight/volume of boric acid is 5 g/300 ml to 15 g/300 ml; and heating the first solution to form a second solution, wherein the second solution contains carbon/nitrogen doped titanium dioxide. In the manufacturing method of the present disclosure, the deep eutectic solution formed by choline chloride and urea may be used as a solvent, and may also be used as a carbon source and/or a nitrogen source. Therefore, titanium dioxide may be doped with carbon and/or nitrogen during the formation process.
