APPARATUS FOR COATING LENSES INCLUDING ADVANCED DRYING TECHNIQUES
A lens coating apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a mechanical arm configured to receive and maintain lenses in a desired orientation, a loading station configured to receive and maintain the lenses within the enclosed area, and a combined washing and drying station including a spraying mechanism that directs an upward spray toward a bottom surface of the lens, and blowing devices configured to direct air toward the lens after the lens has been washed. The coating apparatus includes a coating station where liquid coating is sprayed toward the bottom surface of the lens and a curing station where the coated lens is exposed to the UV energy radiation. A programmable controller controls the mechanical arm to collect the lens from the loading station without operator intervention, and move along a linear track between the loading station and the combined washing and drying, coating and curing stations.
Spraying device and use thereof
A spraying device comprises: a conveyer comprising a mesh crawler belt configured to carry an object to be sprayed; a baking chamber for heating the object to be sprayed; a spraying chamber having at least one atomizing nozzle disposed within the spraying chamber, the atomizing nozzle being configured to uniformly spray a coating solution on a surface of the object to be sprayed; a cleaning chamber for cleaning the mesh crawler belt and recycling the coating solution carried by the mesh crawler belt; and a solution storage apparatus for storing the coating solution that the spraying chamber needs for spraying; wherein the mesh crawler belt passes successively through the baking chamber, the spraying chamber and the cleaning chamber. The device of the present invention can ensure uniformity of the thickness of a coating layer on the magnet. In addition, the device can improve spraying efficiency and save raw material.
TABLET PRINTING APPARATUS AND TABLET PRINTING METHOD
According to one embodiment, a tablet printing apparatus includes: a conveyor; an inkjet head configured to eject ink from a nozzle to a tablet conveyed by the conveyor to perform printing; an ink tank configured to contain the ink to be supplied to the inkjet head; a moving device configured to change the height of the ink tank; and a control unit configured to control the moving device. The control unit controls the moving device to change the height of the ink tank based on a use amount of the ink figured out in advance to maintain a head difference between the height of the liquid level of the ink in the ink tank and the height of a nozzle forming surface, where the nozzle is formed in the inkjet head, at a predetermined value.
COATED FASTENER AND COATING METHOD AND APPARATUS THEREFOR
A coated fastener includes a core body comprising conductive material and including a first portion and a second portion. The coated fastener also includes a first coating comprising dielectric material and disposed on the first portion of the core body. The coated fastener further includes a second coating comprising a conductive friction modifier material and disposed on the second portion of the core body to provide the fastener with a desired transition hold fit, improved lubricity, and improved electromagnetic effects protection.
PHARMACEUTICAL SYSTEM FOR ORAL DELIVERY OF SENSITIVE THERAPEUTIC SUBSTANCES
The present invention specifically refers to a pharmaceutical system for preparation of solid pharmaceutical forms for administering therapeutic substances improving their bioavailability; said system is particularly suitable for administering sensitive active principles by their proteinaceous nature or by being nucleic acids since polymeric excipients with good matrix and bioadhesion properties are used which together with the impermeability conferred by the applied coating make the prepared system a delivery form with excellent performance.
FACILITY AND METHOD FOR APPLYING COATINGS TO ELONGATED AUTOMOTIVE PARTS
An installation and a method for applying coatings to automotive enlarged pieces are disclosed. The installation comprises an elevated conveyor, wherein the enlarged pieces are vertically hanged up; a formation section of an anticorrosive coating on the surface of the enlarged piece; a drying section of the enlarged piece on which the coating has been formed; a masking section wherein some portions of the piece are covered; a paint application section wherein the enlarged piece is coated with paint; an unmasking section of the piece in which the previous masked portions are uncovered; wherein the elevated conveyor continuous and vertically conveys the enlarged pieces along each of the sections in the installation.
Tablets having discontinuous coated regions
A dosage form comprising a tablet core and one or more discontinuous coated regions in various configurations on the surface of the dosage form is disclosed. A method for making the dosage form is also disclosed.
