Appliance pedestal system
An appliance pedestal system having: a cabinet defining an enclosure having a front face and an opening through the front face; a drawer comprising an open-topped container movably mounted to the cabinet and configured to slide between a closed position in which a drawer front at a front end of the drawer is adjacent the front face of the cabinet and an open position in which the drawer front is spaced from the front the face of the cabinet; and a trim piece configured to be selectively connected to a bottom of the drawer at a location below the drawer front, or to the front face of the cabinet at a location below the drawer front when the drawer is in the closed position. The drawer may comprise other types of closure, such as a door. A method for installing the pedestal system is also provided.
SLIDING-PIVOTING MECHANISM OF A SHELF OF A PIECE OF FURNITURE OR OF A HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE, AND PIECE OF FURNITURE OR A HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE
A sliding-pivoting mechanism of a shelf of a piece of furniture or of a household appliance for extracting and raising the shelf out of a body of the piece of furniture or of the household appliance is provided. The mechanism includes at least two pivot arms of a pivoting mechanism, which are rotatably fixed by a first end to at least one of the side walls of the body, parallel to the plane of the side walls, and which are arranged parallel to and at a distance from each other. At respective second ends of the pivot arms, a guide rail of a sliding mechanism is pivotably fixed parallel to the plane of the side walls such that the guide rail is pivotable from a lower position within the body into a raised, upper position at least partially outside the body, at least one running rail that is linearly displaceable in the guide rail and to which the shelf is fixed. The sliding-pivoting mechanism includes a lever unit supporting raising and lowering of the pivoting mechanism and is pivotably fixed to the running rail parallel to the plane of the side walls. A coupling element of a first coupling unit is arranged on the lever unit such that the coupling element is couplable to at least one of the pivot arms with a corresponding element of the first coupling unit, which corresponds to the coupling element, by displacing the running rail into a predetermined pivoting position.
APPLIANCE PEDESTAL SYSTEM

ACTUATOR
One embodiment of the present invention provides an actuator comprising: a housing having a mounting space part formed therein; a motor part provided inside the housing and generating power; a reduction gear part of which a plurality of gears respectively having an internal gear and an external gear sequentially engage with each other so as to transmit the power generated in the motor part; and a rod part engaging with the gear disposed at the last position, and linearly moving according to the rotation of the gear, wherein one of the plurality of gears is formed such that the internal gear and the external gear can rotate together or rotate independently.
SECURING MECHANISM FOR A DRAWER SLIDE IN A DOMESTIC HOME APPLIANCE
A drawer slide assembly for use with a domestic home appliance having a main body and a drawer. The assembly includes a slide bracket configured to be non-movably attached to the main body, the slide bracket having a first engagement portion; a slide having a first part having a second engagement portion, the first part being attached to the slide bracket by the second engagement portion slidably engaging the first engagement portion, and a second part configured to be non-movably attached to the drawer such that the second part is positionally fixed relative to the drawer; and a slide retainer attached to the slide bracket and preventing the second part of the slide from moving.
Drawer rail and home appliance including the same
A drawer rail and a home appliance including the same are disclosed. The home appliance includes a drawer rail configured to withdraw an item accommodation unit provided in a storage chamber. The drawer rail includes a first rail mounted to the storage chamber, a second rail coupled to the item accommodation unit, a third rail disposed between the first rail and the second rail, a first retainer disposed between the first rail and the third rail to allow relative sliding movement, a second retainer disposed between the second rail and the third rail to allow relative sliding movement, a first stopper for limiting an allowable relative sliding distance between the first rail and the third rail, and a second stopper for limiting an allowable relative sliding distance between the second rail and the third rail.
Low-friction roller assembly
A low-friction roller assembly is provided. The low-friction roller assembly is especially suitable for use in a refrigerator for reducing noise and reducing wobble and vibration. The low-friction roller assembly has a rotating element encased within a fluid and secured within a housing. An axle attached to the rotating element extends outside of the housing and is connected to a wheel via a keyed interlocking component. The wheel is attached to mount assembly in, for example, a refrigerator, which is attached to a movable drawer.
Slide rail locking device
A slide rail locking device includes an upper locking plate coupling a supporting bar mounted on an inside wall of a main body and a slide rail fixed to a side or bottom surface of a drawer, located above the supporting bar, and locked into the slide rail, a lower locking plate located below the supporting bar, a connection plate connecting the upper locking plate and the lower locking plate, and an extended plate formed by being bulged down from the lower locking plate to face the upper locking plate. A gap is formed between the slide rail locking device and a vertical supporting bar, whereby undesired movement of the slide rail locking device generated by a drawing motion of the drawer being drawn out of and retracted into the main body may be offset.
REFRIGERATOR
In a refrigerator including a sliding door configured to open and close a storage chamber, a storage basket provided on a rear portion of the sliding door, and a support frame configured to support the sliding door and the storage basket, sidewalls of the storage basket may be formed so as to protrude outwardly except a lower portion in which the support frame is disposed between an inner case and the sidewalls, thereby increasing a storage space of the storage basket. In addition, a front protrusion, an auxiliary protrusion, and a rear protrusion are formed in an upper portion of the storage basket, and therefore a relative position of an auxiliary basket to the storage basket may be limited, and the auxiliary basket may be drawn into and out in conjunction with drawn-in and -out movements of the storage basket.
