Padding machine
A padding machine for moving along a side of a ditch, scooping up excavated material from the side of the ditch, and sifting the excavated material into padding material for falling in the ditch comprises a frame comprising side frame members and frame rails spaced apart from the side frame members. A screening belt is driven around pulleys supported by the frame. The screening belt comprises a screen for collecting and conveying the excavated material upwardly. The screen comprises apertures for sifting the excavated material into padding material by permitting the padding material to fall through the apertures of the screen. The screen runs over the frame rails which support the screen. A discharge conveyor is mounted to the frame beneath an upper run of the screening belt. The discharge conveyor receives the padding material passing through the screen and discharges the padding material into the ditch.
Method and apparatus for washing and grading sand
A method and apparatus for washing and grading sand includes a first grading screen adapted to separate a feed material into a fine fraction and a coarse fraction, the coarse fraction having a greater particle size than the fine fraction. A first fines separation stage including one or more hydrocyclones is adapted to receive the fine fraction entrained in water, downstream of the first grading screen to thereby remove fine contaminants. A first dewatering screen includes a deck adapted to dewater the fine fraction downstream of the first fines separation stage to provide a fine sand product, and a second dewatering screen includes a deck adapted to dewater the coarse fraction downstream of the first grading screen to provide a coarse sand product.
DEVICE FOR USING A PRODUCT FOR ABSORBING SPILLED FLUIDS, INCLUDING RECYCLING OF SAID PRODUCT
A device for using a powder or granular product for absorbing fluids spilled on the floor or ground includes a container provided with a storage tank for storing the absorbent product, a tank for receiving the soiled absorbent product, and a sifting receptacle. The sifting receptacle includes, at the bottom, a strainer which is arranged above an opening in the storage tank and can be emptied into the receiving tank.
Mobile screen body and mobile mineral material processing plant with support legs
A mobile screen body and a mobile mineral material processing plant are disclosed that include a platform frame, a plurality of legs for supporting the platform frame to ground, a screen support frame supported by the platform frame movably between a transport position in which the screen support frame is adjacent to the platform frame and an operating position in which the screen support frame is elevated from the transport position, and a plurality of supports having first ends configured to be structurally coupled with the screen support frame, and second ends configured to be structurally coupled with respective ones of the plurality of legs, when the screen support frame is in the operating position. The supports are arranged in pairs that reside outside the platform frame in sideways direction.
COMBINATION SCREENING APPARATUS
The present invention provides a combination screening apparatus for screening a mixed material into three graded streams, comprising a disc screen wholly, substantially or partly located within a rotary drum screen. The present invention may be conveniently arranged on a mobile chassis with a simple arrangement of a feed hopper to feed a feed end, and a layered or stacked configuration for the discharge of the so-formed graded streams at a discharge end.
SCREEN APPARATUS WITH MULTI-DISCHARGE
The present invention provides a mobile multi-deck screening apparatus for screening a mixed material into three graded streams, the apparatus comprising two or more overlapping screening decks and at least three discharge conveyors, wherein one discharge conveyor is a switchable conveyor selectively switchable between an active state such that each discharge conveyor discharges one graded stream, to an inactive state such that one discharge conveyor discharges two graded streams.
Bucket with vibrating screen
A bucket with a vibrating screen is provided. The bucket includes a bucket member having an inner volume. The bucket member includes an first portion having a first opening to access the inner volume and a tapered second portion having a second opening to access the inner volume. The second opening is smaller than the first opening. The bucket includes a screen removably coupled to the bucket member within the inner volume in a location between the first portion and the second portion. The bucket includes a vibration generation device coupled to the screen.
SCREENING MACHINE HAVING SCREENING ELEMENTS ARRANGED IN SUCCESSION
A screening machine having a machine frame that is mounted so as to be capable of vibration and is capable of being set into vibration, and having screening elements configured in a row in or on the machine frame, seen in the longitudinal direction of the screening machine. The screening machine is subdivided into a plurality of screening machine parts that are connectable or capable of being assembled to form the screening machine. An individual screening machine part or one or more stacks of a plurality of screening machine parts stacked one over the other have dimensions that are smaller in their length, width, and height than the corresponding dimensions of the interior of a commonly used standard transport container or than dimensions requiring special transport due to excess size.
VIBRATING SCREENING SYSTEM, COMPRISING AT LEAST TWO SCREENING MACHINES ARRANGED IN A ROW
A vibrating screening system, made up of at least two screening machines configured in a row and that can be set into vibration, each screening machine having a resiliently supported screening material feed end and a resiliently supported screening material discharge end. All supports of the last screening machine, in the screening material conveying direction, are supported directly on the supporting surface. The support provided respectively in the region of the screening material feed end of any earlier screening machine in the conveying direction is likewise supported directly on the supporting surface. In each case, the support provided in the region of the screening material discharge end of any such earlier screening machine in the conveying direction is supported in the region of the screening material feed end of the screening machine that is subsequent in the screening material conveying direction, on this subsequent machine.
Rock processing plant
The invention relates to a rock processing plant (10) having a machine frame (13), which supports a screening unit (20), wherein the screening unit (20) has at least two screen decks (21, 22), which are arranged offset from each other in the vertical direction (H) of the rock processing plant (10), wherein the screen decks (21, 22) each have a discharge area (A1, A2), wherein a transport device (15) is connected to the screening unit (22) in the conveying direction, wherein the transport device (15) has a feed area (15.1) and a discharge area (15.2), wherein a transport means, in particular an endless circulating conveyor belt (15.3), extends in a transport direction (D) at least partially between the feed area (15.1) and the discharge area (15.2), wherein the transport device (15) is attached to the machine frame (13) by means of a mechanical actuator (31), wherein the mechanical actuator (31) can be used to move the feed area (15.1) of the transport device (15) between two control positions, in which the feed area (15.1) is optionally assigned to one of the discharge areas (A1, A2) of the two screen decks (21, 22) or both discharge areas (A1, A2), and wherein the mechanical actuator (31) can be used to move the feed area (15.1) of the transport device (15) between the two control positions in the vertical direction and in the transport direction (D) of the transport device (15).
