Sifter scale attachment for stand mixer
A food-product handling device includes a sifter unit having a housing defining an open upper side, a mount extending outwardly from the first housing along a first axis, and a lower side opposite the upper side. The sifter unit further has a sifter basket having an interior aligned with and inset within the open upper side. The device further includes a scale assembly having a body defining an upper opening and an opposite lower opening and having an annular weight-sensing unit surrounding the upper opening. The body is positionable on the housing of the sifter unit with the opening in communication with the open upper side of the housing. A hopper is positionable on the weight-sensing unit and defines a lower open end at least partially received within the body when the hopper is positioned on the weight-sensing unit.

Vibrating sieve machine
A vibrating sieve machine for applying vibrations on powder to be classified that is placed on a mesh member through a sieve frame including a plurality of separable sieve frames for sieving and classification, wherein the mesh member includes a circular annular mesh member frame having an outer peripheral surface and configured to be sandwiched by the separable sieve frames with the outer peripheral surface exposed outward in a radial direction of the separable sieve frames, a reinforcement mesh stretching across the mesh member frame, a sieve mesh configured to cover the reinforcement mesh, hanging down over an outer peripheral surface of the mesh member frame, and a fastening band configured to be attached to the outer peripheral surface of the mesh member frame so as to sandwich the sieve mesh between the fastening band and the outer peripheral surface of the mesh member frame.
Vibratory Separator with A Sloped Ramp
A frame assembly for a vibratory separator includes a screen and a pan positioned at least partially below the screen. The frame assembly also includes a ramp positioned at least partially below the screen and at least partially around the pan. The ramp defines an opening therethrough. The pan extends at least partially through the opening of the ramp. The ramp is tilted with respect to horizontal.
Powder Reclamation System and Operating Method
A powder sieving system is provided. The powder sieving system includes a filter housing including a filter for separating powder into a first portion larger than a predetermined size and a second portion smaller than a predetermined size, the powder being a reactive metal powder; a network of passageways configured to move the powder through the powder sieving system, the network of passageways located upstream of the filter housing and downstream of the filter housing, the network of passageways comprising one or more carrier gas passageways for primarily transporting a carrier gas flow and one or more powder passageways for transporting a mixture flow of carrier gas and the powder; and a first sensor in communication with a portion of the powder sieving system, the first sensor configured to monitor an amount of oxygen within the network of passageways, wherein the first sensor is an optical sensor.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SELECTIVELY FILTERING ABRASIVE PARTICLES FOR A WATERJET CUTTER
A system and method for selectively filtering abrasive particles for a cutting machine serves to filter variously shaped and dimensioned abrasive particles into a hopper through use of multiple, interchangeable screens. Each screen forms multiple openings defined by a shape and dimension, and each screen has a unique shape and dimension. A pneumatic variable speed motor vibrates the screens at variable speeds, depending on intensity of air flow through an air inlet. The sieve subassembly has a main base and containment ring. A two-piece split clamp ring sandwich the perimeter region of screens. From the hopper, a flow of high-pressure air carries the filtered abrasive particles to a waterjet cutting machine. The filtered abrasive particles are mixed with high pressure water to cut a workpiece. The shape and dimension of the abrasive particle is determinative of the type of workpiece to be cut.
SIEVING DEVICES FOR PUPAE SEPARATION
A sieving device is described. The sieving device includes an adjustable sieve surface that includes a first sieve surface and a second sieve surface. Openings are formed in each of the first sieve surface and the second sieve surface so as to define a shared pathways extending through the adjustable sieve surface. The shared pathways are defined by a length dimension that is greater than a width dimension. The width dimension can correspond to a cephalothorax width of an insect.
