SCREEN PLATE FOR A SEPARATING DEVICE FOR CLASSIFYING BULK MATERIAL

Subject-matter of the invention is a screen plate for a separating device for classifying bulk material. The screen plate comprises a profile region having a profile having depressions and elevations extending in a direction of a takeoff side, the profile being describable by a circle arc of a first circle K1 and a circle arc of a second circle K2, and the circles K1 and K2 being disposed adjacent to one another, with the circle arc of the first circle K1 with a radius r1 describing elevations and the circle arc of the second circle K2 with a radius r2 describing the depressions. Each depression undergoes transition, in a takeoff region, into an opening which expands in the direction of the takeoff side, the opening having an opening edge with a width corresponding to the length of the radius r2 to 2*r2.

METHOD AND PLANT FOR RECYCLING THE INFILL OF SYNTHETIC TURVES
20230311367 · 2023-10-05 ·

A method is described for recycling the infill of a synthetic turf, said infill being formed by a plurality of different granular materials, including at least sand granules, polymeric material granules and synthetic grass filaments, said method comprising the following steps: drying the infill, screening the infill through a plurality of successive screens (130,140,180, 185) each having passage holes of different sizes subdividing the infill into a plurality of groups of granular material having different size ranges, separating each group of granular material into two subgroups of granular material based on the difference in density of the materials, and conveying the separated subgroups of granular materials to different collection containers.

Screen production method

A method for producing a cylindrical screen device with a plurality of profiled bars. The outer face of a plurality of mutually spaced annular bar holders, which are arranged perpendicular to the cylinder axis, are provided with recesses that are open at the edges. The recesses have a shape that substantially corresponds to the base of profiled bars in a complimentary manner. The recesses are marginally larger than the bases. The profiled bars are inserted into respective recesses, parallel to one another and parallel to cylinder axis.

Scoop with Variably Spaced Apart Bottom Flanges
20210307287 · 2021-10-07 ·

A scoop has a handle and curvilinear base such that the scoop is narrower at an extreme end and deeper at a back end, the back end meeting a handle. A front most region of the device meets the top side of the device in some embodiments, such that side walls, the top side, and the bottom side join at a front end. The bottom side of the base has a plurality of spaced apart slats with portals therebetween. The slats are closer together near the front side than the back side, becoming progressively more spaced apart. In this manner, a smallest size particulate matter falls through the slats at the front end of the device while progressively larger particulate matter falls through towards the back end of the device in proportion to the increasing space between the slats.

Method and device for separation of long parts
11130642 · 2021-09-28 · ·

A device and a method for the separation of elongated parts (long parts) from bulk materials. The device comprises a conveying device (1), a deflecting device (2) and a rake with webs (4) being oriented longitudinally to the conveying direction. According to the method, the bulk material is transported on the conveying device (1), and then long parts (10) are oriented by means of a deflecting device (2) transversely to the conveying direction. After passing through the deflecting device (2), the transversely oriented long parts are transferred to the rake (4) and discharged as coarse materials (7). Compact parts (11) fall through this rake and thus end up in the fine material (6).

Screen plate for screening plants for mechanical classification of polysilicon

Polysilicon chunks or granules are classified into size fractions using a mechanical screen having a profiled surface having peaks and valleys, and terminating in widening slots through which a polysilicon size fraction falls. The device is effective and the slots are resistant to clogging.
