Vibrating classifier embodiments such as vibrating grizzly feeders are provided. Some embodiments include a reconfigurable grizzly bar classifier.

Ash discharge system

An ash discharge system has a conveyor device which transports clinker ash out of a region that is below a furnace bottom of a boiler furnace; and a separation device provided at a passage of the clinker ash from the furnace bottom to the conveyor device, the separation device including a separator which permits the clinker ash with a predetermined size or less to pass through the separator, and inhibits a large-mass clinker from passing through the separator, the large-mass clinker being the clinker ash with a size larger than the predetermined size.

Sieve bend

A sieve bend can include a support structure supporting a screening arrangement. The screening arrangement can include a first screening segment having a first screening element configuration and at least one further screening segment having a second screening element configuration different from the first screening element configuration.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SEPARATION OF LONG PARTS
20200171546 · 2020-06-04 · ·

A device and a method for the separation of elongated parts (long parts) from bulk materials. The device comprises a conveying device (1), a deflecting device (2) and a rake with webs (4) being oriented longitudinally to the conveying direction. According to the method, the bulk material is transported on the conveying device (1), and then long parts (10) are oriented by means of a deflecting device (2) transversely to the conveying direction. After passing through the deflecting device (2), the transversely oriented long parts are transferred to the rake (4) and discharged as coarse materials (7). Compact parts (11) fall through this rake and thus end up in the fine material (6).

A SCREEN

A screen includes a support structure. A plurality of elongate screening elements are arranged in spaced relationship transversely on the support structure to define elongate screening apertures between adjacent screening elements. Each screening element has a screening head defining a screening surface, the screening surfaces all being at the same height relative to the support structure. Adjacent screening elements are of different widths relative to each other with a transverse dimension of the aperture being less than a width dimension of the wider screening element. The screening head of the wider screening element is shaped to maintain a substantially constant screening aperture between the screening elements during a predetermined amount of wear of the wider screening element.

Amplified ballistic separator for separating material
10639677 · 2020-05-05 · ·

A novel ballistic separator for separating material is disclosed. The separator includes a separator bed adapted to contact the material, with the bed further comprising an agitator and an amplified agitator. The amplified agitator has a total lateral displacement. The separator also includes a crankshaft kinematically linked to the agitator and the amplified agitator. The crankshaft has a total lateral displacement. The amplified agitator total lateral displacement is larger than the crankshaft total lateral displacement.

Replaceable grizzly screen member tips

A grizzly screen member assembly with a replaceable tip end. The grizzly screen member assembly comprises an elongate base member and a replaceable tip member coupled removably coupled to the replaceable tip member. The elongate base member may be coupled to a panel and assembled into a grizzly feeder system or coupled to the grizzly feeder system itself.
