Pruning and sieving apparatus
Disclosed is a pruning and sieving apparatus, which resolves time-consuming and laborious problems in the existing pruning method of flower plants. The pruning and sieving apparatus includes a hollow body, including two relatively disposed open axial ends; an interior pruning lining attached inside the hollow body, where the interior pruning lining includes a plurality of sidewall pruning holes arranged in a distributed manner; a sieving screen, where the sieving screen includes a plurality of sieving holes arranged in a distributed manner, and is disposed in the interior pruning lining to divide the internal space of the interior pruning lining into a pruning chamber and a collection chamber; and two end caps disposed on the two open axial ends.
AUGER CONVEYOR WITH REMOVABLE SCREEN ATTACHMENTS AND METHOD OF USING SAME
The present disclosure relates to an auger assembly that cleans the crop being conveyed during the auguring process. The assembly comprises a number of variously gauged rapidly removable screens that can be selected and easily installed in the assembly depending on the crop being conveyed, and the type of foreign material that is to be removed. A second auger then propels the foreign material to a waste collection port.
Screen machine for screening for paper material, casing body for screen machine, and screen basket
A screen machine for resolving a raw material concentration phenomenon occurring in the screen machine, a casing body for the screen machine, and a screen basket. A diluent supplied through an external pipe enters a casing diluent pocket of a casing body. The diluent then enters a diluent supply path by passing through a diluent entrance of the screen basket through one or more casing diluent supply paths located in a casing upper flange and flows into a diluent pocket through a diluent exit of the screen basket by passing through the diluent supply path. The flowing diluent is sprayed onto a concentrated raw material through one or more open diluent spray holes formed on a spray surface of the diluent pocket. Since the concentrated raw material is diluted, the concentrated raw material can be lowered to a desired concentration, and problems of conventional screen machines can be resolved.
Screen production method
A method for producing a cylindrical screen device with a plurality of profiled bars. The outer face of a plurality of mutually spaced annular bar holders, which are arranged perpendicular to the cylinder axis, are provided with recesses that are open at the edges. The recesses have a shape that substantially corresponds to the base of profiled bars in a complimentary manner. The recesses are marginally larger than the bases. The profiled bars are inserted into respective recesses, parallel to one another and parallel to cylinder axis.

METHOD AND APPARATUSES FOR SCREENING
Embodiments of the present disclosure include a screen basket apparatus includes a substantially vertical cylindrical frame and a synthetic screening surface secured to the frame. The synthetic screening surface may be configured to separate carbon or resin from a slurry of a carbon-in-leach, carbon-in-pulp, resin-in-leach, or resin-in-pulp material as fluid flows from outside to inside the screen basket apparatus such that carbon or resin is retained on an external surface of the synthetic screening surface. The cylindrical frame may be a grid frame and the synthetic screening surface may include a plurality of replaceable screen assemblies attached to the grid frame. The grid frame may include a plurality of openings and each of the plurality of openings is configured to receive a respective one of the plurality of replaceable screen assemblies. The synthetic screening surface may include injected molded thermoplastics, thermoset polyurethanes, and/or other polymeric materials.

Copper-Fouling-Resistant Stator Water Cooling (SWC) System and Method
Described herein is a stator water cooling (SWC) system in an electrical power generator with improved resistance to copper fouling, more specifically, to a component of the SWC system, such as a strainer, having an anti-fouling metallic material on the surface of the component. Also described herein is a method of reducing copper fouling in a SWC system that comprises applying an anti-fouling metallic material to the surface of a SWC system component.
Wedge Wire Filter Tubes with Narrowed Slots
The invention provides novel slot tube screen material for filtering applications, in particular for separating solid particles from liquids. The slot tube filter screens manufactured according to the invention feature very small slot openings, which are narrowed with respect to a slot opening dimension of conventionally fabricated slot filter tubes. The slot tube construction of the invention comprises a torsion-rotation deformed structure of normally axially orientated parallel support members of the slot tube mantle, which further comprises spiral windings of profile wire around said support members, whereby at each contact crossing a solid weld connection fixes a crossing profile wire to a support member. The plastically twisted slot tube structure displays a helical distortion of the axial support ribs inside the slot tube. As a consequence the filter slot openings between adjoining windings of profile wire are markedly narrowed (versus undeformed slot tube), which offers the possibility of reliably achieving very small filter slot openings of less than 0.020 mm in slot tube filters or screens.
Screening cylinder
A cylindrical screening device including a plurality of profile bars, in which a number of ring shaped bar holders are arranged perpendicular to a cylinder axis and spaced apart from one another, or bundles of a number of bar holders spaced apart from one another are provided on the inside or the outside with open-edged recesses. The shape of the recesses correspond in a substantially complementary manner to that of the feet of the profile bars. The profile bars are inserted into the recesses, parallel to one another and parallel to the cylinder axis, wherein an outer bar holder is in each case arranged in the region of a respective face-side end ring of the screening device. The attachment of the end ring is simplified in that the outer bar holder is detachably connected with the end ring.
