APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING A SCREEN ASSEMBLY IN A GYRATORY SIFTER
An apparatus, system and method provides for the installation of a filtration screen assembly in a vibratory separator. The apparatus has a screen rail extending across a vibratory separator. A ball box is inserted in the screen rail and encloses vibratory elements. A screen assembly is placed on the ball box parallel to the screen rail and extends across the vibratory separator. An inflatable seal is inserted into the screen rail and receives fluid to inflate and compress the screen assembly against the screen rail. A clamping element is attached to the screen assembly. The inflatable seal compresses the clamping element against the screen rail.
Screening apparatus
A screening apparatus for grading particulate material includes a grading screen having apertures for water and/or undersize particles to pass through. The grading screen is supported on a frame mounted on a chassis via resilient linkages, and the grading screen being vibrated by a vibrating device that imparts circular or reciprocating motion to the grading screen. The grading screen is set at a predetermined slope whereby material to be graded can be delivered onto an upper end while the grading screen is vibrated to convey the material over the grading screen and to cause undersize material to pass through the apertures. Oversize material is discharged from a lower end of the screen onto a conveyor or into a collection bay or hopper. A sump beneath the grading screen receives under-sized material passing through the grading screen, and a jet pump conveys material from the sump to a dewatering screen.

Vibratory apparatus with dynamic balancer and balancing method
A vibratory apparatus including a trough having one or more decks, with an inlet end and an outlet end, a first plurality of isolation springs disposed between the trough and ground, and a two-mass, sub-resonant frequency exciter supported on the trough. The trough and the exciter move 180-degrees out of phase with each other. The apparatus also includes a dynamic balancer including a plurality of isolation springs disposed between the exciter and ground.
Three-Degree-of-Freedom Hybrid Vibratory Screening Mechanism, Control Method Thereof, and Harvester
The present invention provides a three-degree-of-freedom hybrid vibratory screening mechanism, a control method thereof, and a harvester. The three-degree-of-freedom hybrid vibratory screening mechanism comprises a frame, a vibrating screen, a first driving mechanism, a second driving mechanism, sensors and a controller; parallel drive of hydraulic motors are used for achieving two-degree-of-freedom rotational adjustment of the horizontal attitude angle and inclination angle of the screen surface of the vibrating screen, and the first driving mechanism drives the vibrating screen to reciprocate in one degree of freedom, so as to realize three-degree-of-freedom vibration adjustment of the screen surface; a vibration parameter control model is established by means of theoretical analysis in combination with experiment. In the operating process, the sensors installed at the tail part of the vibrating screen monitor the loss rate and distribution of the grains in real time, and the horizontal attitude angle of the screen surface, inclination angle of the screen surface and vibration frequency are self-adaptively optimized and adjusted to promote uniform and discrete distribution of the material on the screen surface, so that the screening efficiency of the material under a condition of non-uniform material feeding is effectively improved and the loss rate of the grains is decreased.
SCREENING MEDIA
Screening media for screening material includes a main body and a plurality of openings extending through the main body between a contact face and back face. The openings are of a shape of a convex and non-regular polygon, and are arranged in an orientation such that a line through the most proximal vertex of the polygon and parallel to a defined material flow direction divides the most proximal interior angle of the polygon. Such a configuration allows the openings to not easily get pegged and to improve screening performance.

Screening bar assembly for a screen
A screening bar assembly for a screen, the assembly comprising a plurality of substantially parallel screening bars mounted to a substantially rectangular support frame; a compliant mounting block being provided at each end of each screening bar to engage the support frame and a screen incorporating said assembly.

Screen maintenance link
Disclosed is an inclined mobile screen for processing road building materials which provides for easy reconfiguration of the screen from operation configuration to a transport configuration and to a maintenance configuration, which allows for increased clearance between the screen and a feed conveyor without requiring a hydraulic actuator disposed therebetween. Nested telescopic supports are selectively coupled together in an offset connection to allow changes in the orientation of the screen to result in changes in the separation between the screen and the conveyor so as to allow for more clearance therebetween during time of maintenance.
