MULTI-DECK SCREENING ASSEMBLY
A multi-deck screening assembly includes upper and lower screen decks, each having first and second deck sections. The upper deck's first deck section has first-size grading apertures, and its second deck section is downstream of the first deck section with second-size grading apertures larger than the first-size apertures. The lower deck's first section has third-size grading apertures and its second section is downstream of its first section with fourth-size grading apertures larger than the third-size apertures. A gap between the lower deck's first and second sections allows oversize material from the lower deck's first section to pass through to a first collection region. A diverter is positioned between the upper and lower decks and over the gap, whereby material from the upper deck collected on the diverter passes onto the lower deck's second section, thereby preventing undersize material that passes through the upper deck from passing directly through the gap.
Screen cloths
A screen cloth for use in a screening device for screening out oversize objects, including oil sands lumps and rocks present in an oil sands slurry is provided, comprising at least one screen segment having a top surface and having a plurality of openings therein; and a plurality of anti-wear tiles attached to the top surface of the at least one screen segment by brazing; whereby each anti-wear tile is separated from an adjacent anti-wear tile by a gap that is about 0.5 mm or less such that a brazing material used to attach the anti-wear tiles to the at least one support structure fills the gap between each anti-wear tile through capillary action thereby connecting each anti-wear tile to its adjacent anti-wear tile.
Screening media
A screening media of a vibrating screen screens fractions of stone or gravel. The screening media is formed of ribs extending from one end of the screening media to the opposite end thereof. Pins projecting perpendicularly from the ribs are placed on opposite sides of the ribs. Each pin ends at a distance from an adjacent rib. The dimension and placement of the pins are such that a continuous aperture is formed between two adjacent ribs. Each aperture is formed of a number of rectangular screening areas of identical size. Each screening area is placed perpendicular to each adjacent screening area and end areas of adjacent screening areas coincide.
Assembly and method for separating selected defective objects from a group of objects used in tobacco industry
An assembly for separating selected defective objects from a group of objects used in tobacco industry, the group comprising regular objects having a form of substantially spherical external surface of a determined diameter and the remaining objects being defective objects, the assembly comprising a sieve element (105) having through channels (106) or holes and a generally flat blocking element (107) located under the sieve element, the blocking element having an upper surface/107B) and through holes (108), the sieve element and the blocking element being displaceable in a direction parallel and/or perpendicular with respect to each other at least between a first configuration and a second configuration. In the first configuration the channels or holes of the sieve element, and the holes of the blocking element enable the regular objects and selected defective objects to enter the upper parts of the channels and they enable the regular objects to fall through the lower parts of the channels and through the holes of the blocking element, while they hold said selected defective objects. In the second configuration the channels or holes of the sieve element and the holes of the blocking element enable said defective objects held in the first configuration to fall through the assembly. A method of separating selected defective objects from a group of objects used in tobacco industry using the assembly according to the invention.
FASTENING OF SCREENING MEDIA TO SCREENING EQUIPMENT
A sleeve and pin combination for fastening of one or more screening media elements to a corresponding attachment socket of a screening equipment, a screening media element for co-operation with the sleeve and pin combination, an arrangement for fastening of one or more screening media elements to corresponding attachment sockets of a screening equipment, and a method for fastening of one or more screening media elements to corresponding attachment sockets of a screening equipment and also a screening equipment for separating solid materials according to size is provided.
Screen panel locking system
A screening apparatus includes a plurality of spaced apart parallel beams and a plurality of screen panels mounted to the beams to form a planar screening surface. The panels are mounted to the beams by fixing members that extend in the longitudinal direction of the beams and that engage side edges of the panels. The fixing members have a pair of upstanding, longitudinal rails that are spaced apart to define a longitudinal gap between them and the panels are mounted to the beams by engagement between side edges of each panel with a rail of a fixing member. The side edges of each panel include an overhang that overlies an upper end of each rail and that extends into the gap between the rails. The rails and the overhang include locating gaps to receive a locking member to locate panels relative to the fixing members.
SCREENING ASSEMBLY FOR A MOBILE BULK MATERIAL PROCESSING APPARATUS
A screening assembly for a mobile bulk material processing apparatus is capable of adjustment of its position with respect to the base frame of the mobile bulk material processing apparatus in order to facilitate the transfer of material from the screen on to the processing unit, such as a crusher, by optimizing the height and the angle of operation of the screening assembly. The screening assembly is also capable of being folded into a compact arrangement, which is compliant to transport regulations, while also being convenient and safe for the operators. The screening assembly includes a base frame and at least two linking elements coupled at pivotable joints in such a way that when in operational position, the two linking elements are configured to adjust the height and the angle of inclination of the screen box to facilitate transfer of material from the screen to the crusher.
Vibratory screening panel
A removable screen panel assembly for a vibratory screening machine for separating liquids and solids. The screen panel assembly includes a plate, a corrugated screen assembly supported by the plate, hook assemblies connected to opposite ends of the plate, and gaskets connected to the hook assemblies. A first hook assembly has a first end connected to a first end of the plate, a middle portion spaced above first apertures at the first end of the plate, and a second end parallel to the plate. The second end of the first hook assembly and the first end of the plate sandwich a first end of the corrugated screen assembly.

PLANT PRODUCT EXTRACTION APPARATUS
A plant product extraction apparatus or extractor is provided for separating or grading fine particles from a larger portion of material, such as separating trichomes from a stalk or flower of a plant. The apparatus imparts a plurality modes or patterns of oscillations and vibrations to a particle separator or sieve that holds the plant matter. A motor drives a back and forth motion to a support platform supporting a sieve. The sieve is constrained by a retention tray that is supported by the support platform. One or more vibratory motors provide rapid shaking vibration through the retention tray to the sieve. A haptic transducer or mechanical agitators may be provided to increase throughput of the apparatus. The various motors and locomotion patterns facilitate the separation of finer plant materials from a larger portion of a plant.
