Screen for separating solid materials
Screen for separating solid residues, and in particular for separating sheet or expanded material, such as bags or parts of bags made of plastic, polystyrene, spongy material or another light material, which comprises a separation station (10) interposed between the inlet port (P1) and the outlet port (P2) of the screen above its screening surface (P) and preferably after the powders and the lightest portions have already been separated. The station (10) comprises a hood (11) delimiting a suction chamber (13), and insufflation means (15) for orienting at least one lifting air flow (16) in the suction chamber (13) at the screening surface (P). The lifting air flow (16) is oriented for forming a vortex (17) confined in said suction chamber (13) and with rotation axis (Z) orthogonal to the screening surface (P) capable of lifting the sheet material and delivering it to suction means (18) associated with the hood (11).
Separation device
A separation device includes a separation unit that has a first ejection unit having a first ejection port for depositing a material containing a fiber on a first surface, and a first suction unit having a first suction port for sucking from the first surface toward a second surface so that at least a part thereof overlaps the first ejection port, a second suction unit provided at a position different from the first ejection port and having a second suction port for sucking from the second surface toward the first surface, a detection unit that detects information on foreign matter contained in the material ejected from the first ejection port, an input unit that inputs a detection result of the detection unit, and a control unit that controls a separation condition in the separation unit based on the information input to the input unit.

SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR SORTING AND RECOVERY OF RECYCLABLE MATERIALS FROM MIXED WASTE
A system and process for sorting and recovery of recyclable materials, and in particular, sorting and recovery of recyclable materials from mixed waste comprising municipal solid waste in a materials recovery facility.
GAS-SOLID FLUIDIZED BED DRY BENEFICIATION PROCESS USING BENEFICIATION DENSITY GRADIENT
Provided is a gas-solid fluidized bed dry beneficiation process using a beneficiation density gradient, including: in a dry beneficiation system of a gas-solid fluidized bed, selecting coarse particles and fine particles; placing the coarse particles at a bottom of the dry beneficiation system, and placing the fine particles above the coarse particles, wherein the coarse particles and the fine particles are separated under an initial condition; under an effect of a gas flow, the coarse particles and the fine particles being fluidized to form a high-density beneficiation region and a low-density beneficiation region, respectively, and the coarse particles and the fine particles being mixed at a contact interface to form an intermediate-density beneficiation region; and feeding minerals to be beneficiated from an upper portion of the dry beneficiation system to pass through the low-density beneficiation region, the intermediate-density beneficiation region, and the high-density beneficiation region in sequence.

Provided is a method for processing electronic and electrical device component scrap, which can improve an efficiency of sorting of raw materials fed to the smelting step from electronic and electrical device component scrap, and reduce losses of valuable metals. A method for processing electronic and electrical device component scrap which includes sorting electronic and electrical device component scrap by wind powder sorting to remove plate-shaped materials containing valuable metals included in the electronic and electrical device component scrap, and then sorting the resulting sorted objects by magnetic sorting.
Sieve device for fine cleaning of grainy material
A sieve device for fine-cleaning of grainy material after preliminary cleaning in an aspirator, having an inclined body made of separably integrated frames, in which replaceable stationary sieve are placed one below the other, the upper sieve having openings corresponding to the size of the grain, and the lower sieve having openings smaller than the grain, while a charging hopper is mounted in the upper, peripheral part of the body above the upper sieve. The each sieve consists of cascading identical flat sieve segments connected in sequence by z-shaped connectors, so that the planes of all sieve segments are parallel and above each z-shaped connector there is a set of plates mounted pendulously and independently on a bracket mounted on the frame of the body above the sieve, parallel to the z-shaped connector, the combined width of the plates in the set corresponding to the width of the sieve segment.
System and method for the gravimetric sorting of a mixture of substances
The invention relates to a system for the gravimetric sorting of a mixture of substances during the processing and/or the recycling of residual building materials and/or demolition materials, comprising a fractioning unit (2) adapted to divide the mixture of substances into at least m fractions (A, B, C); at least n.Math.m gravimetric densimetric tables (A.1, A.2.2, A.3.2), arranged in m cascades each with at least n densimetric tables distributed to n stages, wherein the fractioning unit is coupled to them densimetric tables (A.1) of the first stage such that a different one of the at least m fractions can be supplied to each of the densimetric tables of the first stage; wherein, within each cascade, each densimetric table of a considered stage (A.2.2, A.3.2) is coupled to a densimetric table (A.1, A.2.2) of the preceding stage such that either the first partial fraction or the second partial fraction (12, 22) of the densimetric table (A.1, A.2.2) of the preceding stage can be supplied to the densimetric table (A.2.2, A.3.2) of the considered stage. An appropriate method is also part of the invention.
