SPECIFIC GRAVITY-SPECIFIC WASTE AIR SORTER HAVING IMPURITY SEPARATION FUNCTION, USING VORTEX
The present invention relates to a waste sorter using specific gravity and, more specifically, to a specific gravity-specific waste air sorter having an impurity separation function, using a vortex for sorting waste into high-specific gravity materials (PET bottles, glass bottles, cans, metals and the like), low-specific gravity materials (vinyl, paper and the like), and impurities (sand, soil, dust, glass dust and the like) when the impurities are shaken off and removed by means of the hitting of a rotating drum and vanes while the waste fed therein is turned over by a vortex. The present invention includes a main drum having radial vanes, an upper auxiliary drum, and a lower auxiliary drum, wherein the main drum is provided at one side of an input hole, the upper auxiliary drum is provided at the other side of the input hole, and the lower auxiliary drum is provided below the upper auxiliary drum, the main drum and the lower auxiliary drum rotate in the same direction, whereas the upper auxiliary drum rotates in the opposite direction, a vortex is formed between the main drum, the upper auxiliary drum, and the lower auxiliary drum in a structure of maximizing the vortex at different rotational speeds, and a screen conveyor formed in a mesh shape is obliquely provided below the input hole.
Dedusting apparatus having air knives and ionizing wires
A dedusting apparatus removes dust and debris from particulate material flowing over the surface of a wash deck formed with steps and incorporating an air knife engaging the flow of particulate material as the material drops from one wash deck level to another. An ionizing wire is placed at each step on the wash deck so that the air knife blows negative ions from the ionizing wire into the particulate material falling off the step onto the level of wash deck below the ionizing wire. The wash deck is formed with openings to allow air to blow through the wash deck surface and remove dust and debris from the flow of particulate material. The wash deck can be constructed from modules supported on one another in a manner to present an overhang at each step. The wash deck can be formed from a flat pattern as a unitary bent structure.
PLANT MATERIAL TRIMMING DEVICE WITH CYCLONIC SEPARATOR
The present disclosure is directed to a rotary drum trimming apparatus for trimming plants, in particular, buds and flowers, to remove unwanted plant material. More specifically, the present disclosure is directed to a rotary drum trimming apparatus that incorporates a separator for efficiently separating severed plant material from an airstream that carried the severed plant materials away from a rotary trimming drum

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SCREENING POWDERS
The invention relates to a screening device and a method for screening powders. The device comprises a screening space comprising a first chamber and a second chamber, which chambers are arranged adjacent and have a common partition wall. The device comprises a screen which is placed obliquely or vertically in the screening device, wherein the screen forms at least a part of the common partition wall. The first chamber comprises a raw material inlet, a drive gas inlet, a float gas unit, and a residual particle outlet. The second chamber comprises a product material outlet and a rotatable blade, wherein the blade comprises nozzles which are configured for blowing gas against the screen. In addition, the invention relates to an assembly comprising a first and second screening device, wherein the product material outlet of a first screening device is connected to the raw material inlet of the second screening device.
Separating apparatus for polysilicon
A separating apparatus for polysilicon has at least one screen plate, comprising a feed region for polysilicon, a profiled region having peaks and valleys, a region having screen apertures which adjoins the profiled region, and a takeoff region, wherein the screen apertures widen in the direction of the takeoff region, and a separating plate which is horizontally and vertically displaceable is arranged below the screen apertures.

Apparatus and method for the dry separation of particles
An apparatus and method for the dry separation of bulk particulate material, especially coarse particles, is provided. The apparatus comprises a chamber, a screen adjacent the chamber and a fluidising device fluidly connected to the chamber. The screen has a screen surface, a plurality of apertures and an opening larger in size than the aperture. A mixture of the coarse particles and a fine particulate medium is fed into the chamber. The fluidising device directs a fluidising fluid to fluidise a fine particulate medium and create a fluidised bed directed towards the screen. The fine particulate medium and the coarse particles pass from the chamber through the openings. The fine particulate medium passes back through the apertures to the chamber. Relatively high density coarse particles also pass back through the openings to the chamber. Relatively low density coarse particles are retained on the screen surface. Vibrations may also be used.
