Processing a waste stream by separating and recovering wire and other metal from processed recycled materials
Processing waste materials to recover valuable metals, such as copper, from the materials. Waste materials are further refined to concentrate the metallic material after the waste materials are initially processed. Processes include employing air separation and screening. Processes also include employing a dynamic sensor and a vacuum pressure separator to separate metals from other materials. A central processing facility may process metal concentrate from multiple concentration facilities.

SYSTEM FOR GLUE-COATING PLANT PARTICLES
The invention relates to an installation for producing glued plant particles, in particular from annual plants (e.g. straw), in order to produce boards, e.g. fibreboards or chipboards, having at least one comminuting apparatus (2) for comminuting plant-based starting material to form scatterable plant particles, and having a gluing apparatus (15) for gluing the plant particles. This installation is characterized in that at least one first screening apparatus (3) for separating silicate particles from the plant particles is arranged between the comminuting apparatus (2) and the gluing apparatus (15).
METHOD FOR PROCESSING ELECTRONIC/ELECTRICAL DEVICE COMPONENT SCRAPS
Provided is a method for processing electronic and electrical device component scraps, which can selectively recover a substrate scrap including a substance intended to be recovered. A method for processing electronic and electrical device component scraps, including separating a substrate with lead wires contained in the electronic and electrical device component scraps before sorting the electronic and electrical device component scraps by magnetic sorting.
System and method for the gravimetric sorting of a mixture of substances
The invention relates to a system for the gravimetric sorting of a mixture of substances during the processing and/or the recycling of residual building materials and/or demolition materials, comprising a fractioning unit (2) adapted to divide the mixture of substances into at least m fractions (A, B, C); at least n.Math.m gravimetric densimetric tables (A.1, A.2.2, A.3.2), arranged in m cascades each with at least n densimetric tables distributed to n stages, wherein the fractioning unit is coupled to them densimetric tables (A.1) of the first stage such that a different one of the at least m fractions can be supplied to each of the densimetric tables of the first stage; wherein, within each cascade, each densimetric table of a considered stage (A.2.2, A.3.2) is coupled to a densimetric table (A.1, A.2.2) of the preceding stage such that either the first partial fraction or the second partial fraction (12, 22) of the densimetric table (A.1, A.2.2) of the preceding stage can be supplied to the densimetric table (A.2.2, A.3.2) of the considered stage. An appropriate method is also part of the invention.
PROCESSING THERMALLY PRETREATED AND UNTREATED BATTERIES AND THEIR PRODUCTION REJECTS
Embodiments of the present invention relate to a system for processing battery waste. The system comprises a decomposing device for mechanically decomposing the battery waste to a, in particular strip-shaped or flake-shaped, lightweight portion and a heavyweight portion. The decomposing device comprises an outlet for commonly discharging the lightweight portion and the heavyweight portion. The system further comprises a separating unit for separating the lightweight portion from the heavyweight portion, wherein the separating unit is coupled with the decomposing device for receiving the lightweight portion and the heavyweight portion. The system further comprises a fiber compactor unit, wherein the fiber compactor unit is coupled with the separating unit for receiving the lightweight portion. The fiber compactor unit is configured for compacting the lightweight portion under a separation of a further active material.
DRUM-TYPE FOREIGN SUBSTANCE SUCTIONAL ATTACHING AND SCREENING DEVICE
A drum-type foreign substance suctional attaching and screening device includes: a screening drum having circular type first and second side plates located on both sides thereof and a sorting screen adapted to surround the space between the first and second side plates; a hood disposed inside the screening drum and open toward a conveyor belt transferring aggregates to be recycled to thus provide a sucking force generated from a suction fan to the conveyor belt; and a rotary shaft coupled to the center of the first side plate and rotating with power received from the outside.
