COMBINATION SCREENING APPARATUS
The present invention provides a combination screening apparatus for screening a mixed material into three graded streams, comprising a disc screen wholly, substantially or partly located within a rotary drum screen. The present invention may be conveniently arranged on a mobile chassis with a simple arrangement of a feed hopper to feed a feed end, and a layered or stacked configuration for the discharge of the so-formed graded streams at a discharge end.

Aspiration hopper assembly
An aspiration hopper assembly having a diverter vane, an adjustable depth plate, and a slidable product wave plate disposed within and connected to an aspiration hopper. Below the aspiration hopper is an air tube housing having an air tube with a cut-out section, an air pick-up chamber, and an adjustable velocity plate. Sight windows provide a means for visual inspection to monitor performance when making the adjustments for optimal results. The purpose of the aspiration hopper assembly is to allow good product to pass through the aspiration hopper in order to remove foreign material that is the similar size and lighter in density from good product.
Aspiration hopper assembly
An aspiration hopper assembly having a diverter vane, an adjustable depth plate, and a slidable product wave plate disposed within and connected to an aspiration hopper. Dedusting apparatus having air knives and ionizing wires
A dedusting apparatus removes dust and debris from particulate material flowing over the surface of a wash deck formed with steps and incorporating an air knife engaging the flow of particulate material as the material drops from one wash deck level to another. An ionizing wire is placed at each step on the wash deck so that the air knife blows negative ions from the ionizing wire into the particulate material falling off the step onto the level of wash deck below the ionizing wire. The wash deck is formed with openings to allow air to blow through the wash deck surface and remove dust and debris from the flow of particulate material. The wash deck can be constructed from modules supported on one another in a manner to present an overhang at each step. The wash deck can be formed from a flat pattern as a unitary bent structure.
Dedusting apparatus having air knives and ionizing wires
A dedusting apparatus removes dust and debris from particulate material flowing over the surface of a wash deck formed with steps and incorporating an air knife engaging the flow of particulate material as the material drops from one wash deck level to another. An ionizing wire is placed at each step on the wash deck so that the air knife blows negative ions from the ionizing wire into the particulate material falling off the step onto the level of wash deck below the ionizing wire. The wash deck is formed with openings to allow air to blow through the wash deck surface and remove dust and debris from the flow of particulate material. Centrifugal separator comprising special separator wheel
A centrifugal separator including a separator housing and a separator wheel revolving in the housing. The separator housing has an inlet for material, a coarse material outlet, and a fine material outlet. The wheel is formed by a drum and a wheel shaft, which supports the drum and rotates around a horizontal axis. The circumferential jacket surface of the drum is interrupted such that it sets the material to be separated, which hits the drum on the outer jacket side, into rotation during operation and the separation air flows through it in the radially inwards direction. The fine material outlet is arranged on the end of the drum and fine material is discharged from the interior of the drum into the fine material outlet via the free front face of the drum. The wheel shaft consists of two parts, which are not directly connected to one another in a supporting manner.
