SEPARATION OF MANGANESE BISMUTH POWDERS
A method of increasing volume ratio of magnetic particles in a MnBi alloy includes depositing a MnBi alloy powder containing magnetic particles and non-magnetic particles on a sloped surface having a magnetic field acted thereupon. The method further includes collecting falling non-magnetic particles while separated magnetic particles are magnetically retained on the sloped surface.
CAMELLIA FRUIT SHELLING AND SORTING MACHINE
The present invention relates to a camellia fruit shelling and sorting machine, including a sorting belt conveyance trough provided on a frame, the sorting belt conveyance trough is connected with a shelling mechanism through a sorting tank. The sorting belt conveyance trough is provided with a sorting tank, and a sorting guide block and a sorting separate block is provided within the sorting tank. A sorting sweeping block is placed in the inner top of the sorting tank, and the inner top of which is adjacent to the sorting conveyor. Spacing between the sorting sweep block and the sorting belt conveyance trough is greater than one camellia seed but less than two camellia seeds. The sorting separate block is provided with a sorting opening, and the sorting tank is embedded with a sorting push block. The sorting push block is connected with a sorting cylinder moved forwards and backwards on the frame, and the inner side of the sorting push block is embedded with a sorting beam emitter and is provided with a reflected beam receiver. The sorting beam emitter and the reflected beam receiver on the sorting push block of the present invention are used for detection of the camellia seeds, which may separate the inferior camellia seeds to realize the high-efficiency sorting of camellia seeds.
Apparatus for sorting of crop components
An apparatus for sorting crop components comprises a tabletop having a top and a bottom surface and an outer edge therearound, an inner edge spaced inwards and apart from the outer edge of the tabletop and a lower surface parallel to and spaced apart from the tabletop. The apparatus further comprises at least two spaced apart apertures extending through the lower surface with angled walls extending down from the inner edge to the lower surface and a plurality of vertical table legs supporting the tabletop.
SORTING METHOD FOR HOLLOW BODIES AND SORTING DEVICE
Hollow bodies which are closed on one side and which are cylindrical are sorted by a sorting device. The hollow bodies have an end-side opening, a base surface situated opposite the opening and a shell surface extending between the base surface and the opening. The sorting device includes first nozzles arranged on an upper guide for conducting a first fluid flow in the direction of a lateral guide, and second nozzles arranged on a lower guide for conducting a second fluid flow in the direction of an outlet. Since the force of the fluid flow is several times greater if the fluid flow strikes a part of the shell surface of the hollow body through the end-side opening of the hollow body than if the fluid flow strikes the base surface of the hollow body from the outside, sorting of the hollow bodies is made possible.
Device and method for the flexible classification of polycrystalline silicon fragments
Polycrystalline silicon fragments are sorted into defined particle fractions in a flexible manner independent of initial particle size distribution and desired fraction size by a first mechanical screening into a fine fraction and residual fraction, followed by optoelectronic sorting of the residual fraction.
Single stream of air for separating mixed waste stream into three fractions
Separation and classification equipment for separating a mixed waste stream into first, second and third fractions. The equipment comprises a feeding member for feeding the waste stream toward a gap and a blower for discharging a stream of air for mixing with the waste stream, as the waste stream falls through the gap. The first fraction falls through the stream of air and collects in a first collection area while the stream of air carries away the second and the third fractions. A rotatable permeable member is arranged to permit the stream of air to pass therethrough and thereby force and retain the third fraction against a surface of the rotatable permeable member and be conveyed, by the rotatable permeable member, toward a third collection area while the second fraction tends to separate, from the rotatable permeable member and the third fraction, and collect in a separate second collection area.
Transportable modular system for enhanced mineral recovery, from tailings line and deposits
A transportable modular system for enhanced minerals recovery from tailings lines and deposits, features two transportable mineral recovery modules (TMRM), each TMRM for transporting as a truck mounted module to a remote site as an independently-operable mineral recovery module, each TMRM to couple to another TMRM on-site at the remote site and used together to provide enhanced minerals recovery. One TMRM having a central engineered polymer mineral recovery module that receives tailings fluid having a mineral particle of interest, processes the tailings fluid using an engineered polymer configuration, and provides recovered mineral processing fluids having the mineral particle of interest and a tailings disposal fluid. One other TMRM is selected from a group of TMRMs that includes another central engineered polymer mineral recovery module, a tailings fluid management module, an additive/chemical treatment polymer management module, a tailings disposal module and a recovery mineral processing module.
PROCESS FOR PRODUCING AN AGGREGATE
An aggregate processing assembly is provided. The processing assembly includes a separator assembly having a central member extending from a first end to a second end, the central member supporting at least one helical flight provided between the first and second ends, the helical flight having a width provided between a proximal end and a distal end. An assembly housing is provided around a portion of the separator assembly, the assembly housing includes a collection portion for receiving processed feed stock which exits the separator assembly radially away from the central member outward past the distal end, and the collection portion includes a first outlet. A second outlet is coupled to the separator assembly for receiving processed feed stock which exits the separator assembly at the second end of the at least one helical flight. A proppant, an aggregate, a system for processing feed stock to produce a proppant or aggregate, and a method of producing a proppant or aggregate is also provided.
